Terrible service Tony. I’m normally a person who could deal with almost anyone or any food. However, for this encounter I took a few bites out of 1 of 4 basic tacos I ordered. I immediately knew something was not right. So I stopped eating it then my server came by and I asked him for my check. I let him know as nicely as possible that the food taste like dog food. His response was “no one else in the restaurant has complained about it!” .He then stated maybe I had Covid19 as to why my taste buds were off. I was surprised he made this comment and I realized quickly that he was going to be confrontational so I asked to speak with supervisor. He said “ I am the supervisor!”, I figured he wasn’t because he was serving tables so I asked another server for the supervisor and it was indeed a different person. Thank you for suggesting that me and my entire family had Covid because the food was distasteful. Also, after we politely asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. We were lied to by the server, who felt compelled to impersonate the supervisor. Luckily I spoke to the actual supervisor who was quite kind and pleasant. A humiliating experience and unpleasant experience.

First, silverware was dirty, then server seemed unconcerned while taking our order and lastly the tacos of all things had a weird taste. My daughter and I have eaten here before many times and had no complaints. Also we have eaten at some of the best Mexican restaurants in the US. Once we addressed our issues with the waiter Tony he suggested that maybe we had Covid. Thanks a lot Ranchero for having a doctor as a waiter even though neither of us have ever had Covid nor were we showing any symptoms at the time of our service at this location. We left feeling we were stereotyped and or racially profiled.

Horrible. Went with a group of my coworkers (teachers) after work. I showed up a little later than everyone else. I sat down and ordered the chicken fajitas for 1 and I believe the waitresses name was Lucy who took my order. I waited for a long time and even told her when she came back around that they could pack it to go instead because I was going to leave shortly. I waited another 30 minutes and saw other people who sat down after me get their food and I still hadn't received mine. I told Lucy that I had ordered my food over an hour ago and it still hasn't come out and she left to "go check on it" but I noticed she never came back to the table. She had conversations with my coworkers and ignored me the whole time. I asked again what happened to my order and she apologized and said she would bring me free cheese dip and chips for the inconvenience as I told her I could no longer wait for the fajitas. She never brought me the chips and dip. I asked her for a to go cup of water as I waited and talked with a few of my coworkers before leaving out. She forgot again so I brought it up again and she finally brought me something I asked for. I was highly upset and disappointed in the service and will never patronize this tis restaurant again.

Horrible Experience...Service was very poor. Took forever to get food and it wasn't good at all. The food was bland. The waiter did not bother to check on us. I had to go look for him at one point. We ordered drinks but never got them. When the waiter did come to our table he had a bad attitude when we asked why is it taking so long to get our food. We had been sitting there for over an hour. Do not let them seat you at their very last table which is by the bathroom...you will never get any assistance without getting up looking for them yourself.

Love this place. Me, my husband and co workers are regulars here. Very family oriented type vibe and it's a great atmosphere. We always sit with Bart or Santos they make the strongest drinks omgggg!! .. we come here atleast 3 times per week lol.. we're addicted. The food and drinks are all amazing!!!! We always get two half pitchers for the price of 1 .. that way we can mitch and match flavors. I also threw my birthday party here last weekend and it was a blasssttttttt!!! We love this place and if you go so will you!

Lunch during the week for my first visit here. The place was busy but not overcrowded. Salsa was fresh, tacos and enchiladas were stuffed and delicious. We will be back for sure

Wasn't busy at the time, took a while to get food. Food was plentiful but just ok on taste. Chips tasted like they had been close to some burning food. Had that burnt popcorn taste. The chip sauce tasted like enchilada sauce. Drinks where very large. Not my go to place for Mexican food.

We've been coming here for jeez...it feels like 15 if not 20 years. As our families have grown, so have the tables.Ranchero has never cringed or not gone out of their way to serve great casual Mexican to us.Super friendly staff that always make time to listen to a story or tease one of the kids or adults even.Chip baskets stayed full to the point of regret that I ate so many waiting for our party to decide on which dish to get (because they're all awesome).I seem to always get the Fajita Paradillas and it never gets old. The ground chorizo and cactus are a must.

Outstanding! The food and the staff were just the best. Had a good time, didn't wait very long, and cleaned my whole plate. Definitely returning!

They had the backdoor open the day we were there (receiving deliveries). Place was cold as hell but the food was great.
