When I go to a restaurant I expect everything on the menu to be available. 3 drink options 2 side options and no sauces at all available and still have to pay full price. These restaurants are getting away with alot. People spend there hard working money and expect to get equal value in the the food quality. How are you out of everything by 7pm and the store closes at 10:30pm?
I ordered mild and received spicy instead. I could not eat or enjoy my meal. My children could not eat it because it was too spicy. My chicken wings still had feathers on them. The bread on my fish sandwich was burnt. I’m highly disappointed and annoyed. One star is too high a grade.
This Popeyes has the best customer service skills. Every time I go they are always friendly from the time I to the time I get my food from the window. The food is nice and hot. Will continue to come back.
Liked it more than KFC. Depends on the location, but most of the times Popeyes' chicken is fresher than other competitors. I buy Popeyes b/c of the deals. But when the store is closed and Only the drive thru is opened, I GIVE UP! ITS SUCH A LONG WAIT. NO THANKS.
I went to Popeyes in line for almost 20 minutes just to get to the window and a Manager say she doesn't know anything about the app it charged my card and everything but no food very unprofessional
The chicken is on point. Yummy delicious, I can grow fat on this chicken.??
Bad customer service. Drive through cashier was not attentive. Had to ask for straws, napkins, condiments, and our drinks. He didn't give plastic ware had to ask for that. I do admit the food order was correct, and hot.
Worst location ever! Sent my husband to pick up some food. They only put 2 sides in the bag instead of 3 and also gave us 16 piece Chicken instead of 16 piece Tenders. The unfeeling Sorry about that from Manager Mindy was the topping on the joke. Will never spend another dime at this place!!!
Came here on a Friday night. Drive thru moved pretty fast for the line to be as long as it was. Speaker was muffled. Person over the speaker was extremely rude and impatient. Side items were barely halfway full. Condiments were sticking together. I asked for specific spicy and mild pieces. It would have been nice to have them separated. The chicken and biscuits were great. This cannot be the same store that I worked at when I was young. With that horrible service I doubt I'd come back.
