Ok so I was happy with this location until 6-12-2022...I placed my order online total order was 34.22...2 days later I get an overdraft alert from my account saying I had an overdraft...THE DELIVERY PERSON DECIDED HE WANTED TO TIO HIMSELF 5 DOLLARS AFTER I DIDNT TIP...SO THE AMOUNT TAKEN WAS 39.22...OK SO I DO UNDERSTAND THAT ITS IMPORTANT TO TIP BUT ID I DONT HAVE IT...I JUST DONT HAVE IT...BUT THE DRIVER JUST ADDED HIS OWN TIP?? TIMES ARE HARD FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WITH GAS PRICES AND FOOD COSTS!! NO WAY SHOULD NOBODY JUST TAKE THE TIP OR ADD IT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT THAT IS FRAUD!! Called the store to speak with a manager and she clearly told me the driver added a 5.00 tip ..all.i will say is people wat c h your transactions and be sure to put a 0and line through if u don't tio bc they can easily add one!! I'm so mad about this bc that's fraud and stealing like I'm a paying customer do not take anything from meSad familiescant order pizza without somebody taking from them ...!!WTch your transactions when ordering !!
The most horrible customer service you could imagine. Waited over 2 hours and still no pizza. I asked for the GM. She said she’s the store manager and they don’t have a gm! I literally have never had a good experience at this location. Wth. It’s just dough and sauce. I asked for corporates number! She wouldn’t give it to me. Then got an attitude about me asking how long it would be before my refund would be received. Girl run me my $32 back! Please go to Chick-fil-A for customer service training!
I made an online order tonight at 7:30pm almost immediately they called me back about my address which was clarified, at 8:23pm I got a text message saying it was out for delivery, almost an hr layer still no pizza which I had been waiting on, I go to the location and asked to speak to the manager which at that point I'm more than mad to put it nicely, I explain the the manager that I understood they may have been busy but its unacceptable for this to happen, he then proceeded to say he will call the driver I refused and demanded my money back which at that point he said they would void my order, the manager acted really cocky and did not care about this situation at all.
Sitting here almost two hours after ordering, one hour after delivery time and no pizza. I honestly understand people are short staffed but this is absolutely ridiculous! Two hours for pizza, bedtime for kids but no pizza. Delivery driver just called me almost 15-20 past the first time I could see him driving past my home saying he couldn't find my address. This is absolutely insane! I will be expecting a full refund. Now after riding around in the car for about 40 min in the delivery drivers car it has been delivered. The food is not even Luke warm...
Pizza was missing cheese in several areas.
I only came here for convenience only to always get the opposite. They always get my order wrong ,never knows what’s going on around them & instead of helping come to a solution they tell you what meant to order blasé blasé . I was charged 20$ for a so called 10$ pizza .(I added two toppings) only to get some dried up cheese pizza that I couldn’t bring back ! Then after explaining my situation he just paused and said OKAY? like what ? This location is unprofessional and GHETTO I Won’t be back to this location . Thanks Ron.
One of our orders of 8pc boneless wings was 4pcs of chicken and 4pcs of breading. The delivery was fast and the driver was nice.
Pizza & wings was hot & delicious. Called in order & employee who took my order got my wings wrong. I ordered no bone in wings & he gave me bone in.Was so hungry so didn't want to have to wait for wing replacements. Was a letdown but besides that, food was good.
Normally I have a great Pizza Hut experience, however this Pizza was not up to standards. It lacked sufficient cheese and pepperoni on each slice. It did not taste the same either.
Pan pizza had almost no sauce. Ham was way too smokey. Dominoes ham is much better. Pizza hut use to be my favorite. Not now.
