If I could put ZERO I would. I asked for contact less delivery as I was previously sick and wanted to protect the driver. But Pizzahut sent my box greasy and NOT protected with ANY TYPE OF seal and the manager said that it was Doordash problem. When an order is picked up from the restaurant it is supposed to be protected since its NOT their driver. My box was open and it was just laid on the porch NOT protected.

I placed my order via phone while in route… upon arrival I knew my order wasn’t ready but I still wanted to go ahead and pay.. upon pulling up to the window the heavy set lady with braids didn’t even greet me or say hello.. she just says “what’s the name on your order”.. I tell her my name then she proceeds to say “that order isn’t done it’s midway you got another 8 minutes “… all while having a scrunched up face and being rude. I said I understand my order isn’t ready but can I go ahead and pay. She takes my money and hands me back my change without even saying thank you… or pull to the side.. or give us a few more minutes… just hands the change and closes the window!! Where have we come to in America where we automatically accept poor service as a way of life:.. I haven’t visited this location in quite some time and after this I definitely won’t be back. It’s just sad that you can’t even patronize a business with your hard earned money and expect a thank you anymore… it’s like it’s owed to them.. I’m truly disgusted..ticket number: 0017Maybe I should’ve just popped a frozen pizza in the oven at home..

STOP WITH THE OLD STALE DOUGH. It's every time now. Is it so hard to put frozen dough discs in the pans every day and not re-use days-old dough? You don't even have to mix it just stick new frozen discs in the pan. Just asking. Please hire good consistent management that cares. This place is too hit or miss now, not wasting any more money.

I am convinced no matter what type of pizza you order they will still give you a thin cheese less meat less pizza. Even my kids can tell the difference and they have asked me to stop getting pizza from here and this is my last time. Just robbery.

I order from this Pizza Hut pretty often. THe pixxa has always been great and the delivery is fast.

Top of the line customer service. Patrick deserves a raise. He was quick to resolve my issue with no reluctance what so ever. This location needs to be given credit where it's do and I'm glad to give it.

Horrible tried to order food for my my family after work and the automated service is terrible lord the manager is terrible she hung up in my face did not Wanna take my order said she is closed @ 10:40 and was not taking my order and to get corporate number off Google she new there and dont know anything it’s sad you wouldn’t let a mother feed her kids but I will be reaching out tomorrow about it. Update the manager on morning shift handled it & everything was great after that

ordered super supreme pizza,had less ingrediants than a regular supreme. chicken wings looked and tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for two days,dry and very tough to eat

Pizza hut is the fastest delivery and best service around where I live. 10/10 Not a fan of the New Spicy Double Pepperoni, but service and delivery are on point.

Absolutely terrible. TERRIBLE. Will never eat here again. I ordered a delivery an hour and a half before closing. They said it would be here by 12:30, at 12:15 the app updates saying that they have started making the pizza. Long story short I never received the pizza. Called first thing when they opened next day, customer care said manager would be giving me a call soon to update me on what happened. Two hours pass by and nothing, the store won’t answer any of my calls what so ever. I ride over there to where I’m met with the rudest manager ever, who clearly knew exactly what I came in there for and proceeded to LIE telling me the order was canceled at 10;30 the night before… however I was never updated on this? Then proceeded to turn around and say (after I explain it updated at 12:15) that she wasn’t there the night before so she has no idea what happened. They also would not re make my food or do anything at all to make the situation right. Absolutely terrible and will not be back.
