Sauce was not delivered with order. Spoke to manager and was told they would send the driver back out after waiting for an hour nobody showed. Called back into store asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes until 5 minutes after close and was hung up on. This is the second order messed up by this papa John’s location with the same type of service. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I did an online order, of course I paid, waited an HOUR, NEVER got my pizza but this place made sure they took my money???? This is ridiculous. Atleast call your customers and let them know that you guys aren't able to deliver their pizza.
This place is obviously one of the coolest place to eat in the area. Whenever I come there I am very happy. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.
I ordered and paid online, then I waited on my pizza to be delivered for over 2 hours, just to drive there (bang on the door because they were closed at this point, but inside cleaning). When they finally came to the door, my pizza was sitting on the counter. They said they were waiting on door dash to deliver it because they didn't have any delivery people. (But I seen a truck in the parking lot with a papa johns sign on the roof. ?). They handed me a two hour old, COLD pizza. My order came up to $48 & was paid for when I placed the order. When I asked why didn't they at least call to let me know this or give the option to pick it up or to get a refund... The manager said she didn't know why, shes the only manager who actually works, the other one just sits there. ? which didn't answer my Question at all. Do better!
Took to long to bring the pizza you need to give people a heads up 100 minutes is unacceptable. When I finally received the puzzle it was cold and they forgot my two extra sauces I ordered
One of the worst locations I’ve ever dealt with! Constant raw pizza, then today they accepted my order knowing their system was down. An hour passed and I still had no info regarding my order. I called and the lady said they had no record of my order and I would get my money back, she didn’t ask me any questions to know who I am or anything, so how am I getting my money back?? Then she said the system is up now, and proceeded to take a new order, and tried to charge me AGAIN. I hung up on her. If I had already been charged an HOUR AGO, why would you charge me again. HORRIBLE!!
Pineapple, pepperoni, extra cheese, and of course spicy Italian sausage.You can have it delivered, or do what I did, pay online, drive fast and get out of your house and pick it up.It will be hot and delicious whenever you arrive.See ya tomorrow!?
I placed an order and after a 1 hour delivery time I finally got my dinner however they delivered the wrong thing. I called back to the store and was told it would be an additional 1-2 hours before I could get the corrected order. After complaining that this was not my fault and I should not have to wait 2 hours I was told it would be delivered within1 hour (which is still ridiculous). 1 hour later I still had no delivery. Attempted to call and the store was closed. Now over 2 hours later and nothing was ever delivered. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund. Last time I ordered from here when we opened the boxes the pizzas had been dropped and were all smashed to one side of the box. I should have known better than to try again.
I have not eaten from this Papa John's, but I have picked up lots of doordash orders from there since I moved back into the area. The staff is usually quick and proficient and I've never had to wait more than two or three minutes for an order.
I thought I'd try again and that was a mistake. The last time that I ordered food, it took almost 30 minutes for it to arrive once it left the store. My food was cold. Same thing happened again today. Poor service! Pizza Hut it is.
