We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Outback. Michael S was our server. He was great , and they all sang Happy Birthday! The food was delicious and over all, a very good experience!
Ordered a 12oz ribeye and had about 4oz of fat. Talked to the manager, Tracy, who was extremely helpful. He brings out two other ribeyes to show the marbling, which I appreciated the comparison. I love this tasty cut of meat for the flavor because of the fat, but this was a lot for a 12oz. The cow must have not had enough exercise... poor guy. They offered a new ribeye or money off for compensation. Five star service, flavor & treatment!
On Sunday, May 29th around 4:30pm, a group of about 30 of us dined at this Outback Steakhouse location in Stockbridge to celebrate a sister in the Lord’s birthday. Tiffany, the site manager if I’m not mistaken, explained that they were undergoing shift changes so they were short of servers. To assist with accommodating our large group, she joined the wait staff to take our orders and serve our group. The food came out really fast and everything we had was delicious. Tiffany and Michael, our other server, provided us with exceptional service. Not only did we get to enjoy a good time of fellowship, but we also received great service and delicious food.
I ordered blooming onion and chicken & shrimp pasta this evening on line for curbside pickup. Online confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:26pm. I arrived at 7:29pm but my order wasn't ready until 8:04pm. Once I received the brown bag with food, I sat the bag on my car seat to make sure everything I ordered was there. When I pickup blooming onion container, it had grease at the bottom that soaked through the bag and on my car seat. It was so much grease that I could have cooked another meal with it. I told the lady that delivered bag about the grease soaked through the bag onto my seat and that I needed napkins. She brought me another bag instead of napkins. Luckily I found a napkin in my car to clean the seat. Once I arrived home and opened the blooming onion container it was soaked with grease. It wasn't a blooming onion anymore, its a wilted onion. The chicken & shrimp pasta was "just alright." I ordered the same meal last Saturday, dine in service and it was delicious. Curbside pickup was not a good idea.

The food was delicious, and the service was A1, but my guest and I asked for our steaks to be cooked well done and they were still pink inside? We didn't want to wait any further, so we opted to eat it as is. Tasty and tender, just not to our specifications, hence the 4 star rating instead of a 5.
The service and food was Great!!!! The smaller sized blooming onion was perfect! Everything was delicious and served to order!
I came in this morning on my lunch break and received the best service I have ever had. My waitress Monica was a joy! She was very attentive, and always made sure too keep my drink filled. My lunch was amazing! From the food, to the warm personality and great service of my waitress, I can tell you that I will definitely be back, and will definitely request Monica!
Horrible the bartender suck they couldn't find her to make our drinks then when she did she tried to tell me how to make a long Island like I'm not a bartender lol clearly it has vodka rum gin and teq
