We were passing through on the way to Florida. It was after 8:00 pm when we stopped in for dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn’t make us feel rushed, even though it was almost time to close. They were really nice. We asked some questions about the food and they were able to provide answers to everything. Food was hot and good, which actually surprised me. I don’t typically enjoy meals from restaurants like this as it’s usually very bland. This was good and flavorful. We all enjoyed our meal and the service we received.
I ordered to "Take Out". Placing the order with the employees was easy, accurate, and ready when promised. The food was even better than when I last visited many, many months ago. Be aware, though. Neither the hostess nor the servers were masked, and the hostess couldn't answer the question whether they were socially distanced in the seating areas.
I have eaten from this location a few times and usually it's pretty good. Tonight there was a wait. No problem. I'm alone so I went to the bar. The bar was pretty full. No problem. I'm patient. The bartender was not at the bar when I arrived. He came back. Tended to everyone around me. Then finally asked me what did I want. I asked for a beer and a menu. I sat there an hour and he never asked me what I wanted to order. He was constantly back and forth to the kitchen. Even took to-go orders. I asked for my check and left. I only paid for the beer. And still tipped more than I should have. The table behind me complained about cold food and they too had been sitting there a while. Not sure what was going in tonight but I will change the review after the next time I go in. Now I have to find some place else to go at 9pm smh.
Wait staff was superb excellent food also we had to wait awhile but the service and food was worth it
Had Togo order and was the family pack of 4 bacon cheeseburgers and all we got was the burgers and cheese. No bun, no bacon, no lettuce,no tomato. A hair was found in one of the burgers. The breading was falling off the tiny tenders. Had to wait another 15 minutes after my pickup time. It was 3:50 so the restaurant was not crowded. Tried calling the restaurant no answer. Tried calling at least 5 times.
I placed a online order yesterday 2/14 and gave them until after the time stated it should be ready to come up there for my food. It wasn’t ready but being it was a holiday I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. I waited over a hour just to get home(I live less than 10 minutes away) just for my food to be cold & my steak was overcooked, no seasoning at all and was so dry that when I pressed on it there were no juices at all. I didn’t even eat it nor did I eat my potatoes. My bread was hard, it was not a good experience.. I hope they can do better for others in the future!
Our Waitress was not attentive however not a bad experience overall
Service was a little slow. Young staff at the door really didn't seem to want to be there. Barely said hello. Food was good. Fried chicken tender salad is really big and very good. Everything was fine, but nothing to brag about.After my review, management contacted me and apologized for the service. It shows they read these and they care. It's a good sign. I'll go back. I'll even add a star for the follow-up they did.
The 3 star rating is for the food. Burger was dry, fries were lukewarm (but they were seasoned well).⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However, 5 star rating for our server, Chris!!! She was awesome!!! Wouldn't come back for the food, but would absolutely come back for service from her
Always great service and great food! Love Mrs. Valarie the manager have been coming for qt hrs and she is always so lovely! Peach Chutney Chicken is so good salad are always fresh and good. Fall of the bone ribs and the seafood platter is excellent!
