Not as good from when they open their first restaurants years ago. All of them closed and a few reopened. The chicken is good but used to be better. Fast service which is appreciated. Because the food is not as good and they still haven't open the dinning area is why they have 3 stars instead of 5.
My peach cobbler was not done. It was creamy dough and they had to know this when they packed it. To make matters worst they don’t answer the phone so you can have your order corrected. Wasted money…. Smh
My first time in over 15 years going to a Mrs Winner's and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich and that was exactly what I got chicken between two buns and that was it. The man at the window forgot my drink so I had to go back to the window. Poor customer service and a sorry chicken sandwich just won't cut it for me. I will say that the chicken was pretty good, that's why I gave them two stars. No more Mrs Winner's for me.
The service at the window is great however I was disappointed with the food as it is either greasy or kept under the heating lamps. I use to work as mgmt years ago til they closed down. I hope they get better as this was my 2nd try 2 eat here in hopes it tastes home cooked again
Place is disgusting it needs to be shut down we ordered chicken it tasted like it was ten days old dry than we ordered cinnamon rolls and look what they gave us this is disgusting they won’t answer at the store or cooperate!!! If I had more time I’d return to the store but do not eat here!!!
I paid 2.19 for a side of a side of green beans! I was appalled by seeing this when I opened the bag! Straight up rip off!
Mrs. Winters has the best chicken and biscuits. The only problem is when I placed my order at drive through and was out of baked beans and corn. I ordered the 8 piece family meal for $31.00 with fries and Cole slaw. When I arrived home in Lithonia from Stockbridge, I discovered my order wasn't right. I ordered fries and slaw. They gave me okra instead. Check your order before you leave the drive through after driving 30 minutes to the restaurant. Otherwise the chicken is always great. I hate okra
Their chicken is AMAZING! Every time we come to Stockbridge, we have to come get Mrs. Winner’s. The problem with this location (idk about the others) is that they always claim they’re out of chicken when we ask for 4 orders of the dark special. How are you out of chicken? It’s literally what they serve. They close early at times, so I’ll drive all the way out there and it will be closed before actual closing time or they’ll say they’re out of everything, because they just don’t want to cook anything else. The customer service could be so much better.
It was a bit of a wait because Clayton County has not started back dinning in yet but service was good and food was great.
U can't tell me that the 2 older woman that served us didn't have some cast-iron skillets back there frying that chicken from a coop in the back! It was that GOOD! The tea was on point as well. We were in the area for business
