Did an online order before the store closed went to pick it up and the door was locked and employees refused to answer the door or phone to refund my money. Employees acted as if I wasn’t at the door and put the calls on hold.

Great for have it your way. Hot, fast and delicious. The crew is on automatic (no smilesor greeting, but they get the job.

The food was great even though the employee was the only one there . He made sure he took his time making our food was friendly and didn’t have an attitude because he was alone . Moe’s you really need to do better by your employees this main deserve a bonus .

Ordered delivery through THEIR website. Assigned to DoorDash for delivery. Order arrived and I received NO salsa. Called and spoke to the manager (male) who immediately blamed it on the driver as it's their job to fill that part of my order. When I asked him why Moe's fills the queso part but not the salsa part - silence. He didn't even apologize. So, we had DRY food due to no salsa. Considering I also paid a "convenience fee" when using the Moe's website to place this order, makes me wonder what "convenience" I just paid for? Sorry Moe's, first and last time ever ordering from you. I completely disagree that ANY part of ensuring my order is correct is on the delivery service - it's YOUR job - YOU made the order - make it right! Shame on you and your manager who obviously didn't want to be "bothered" by a customer with an issue.

Poor girl was working pretty much by herself. Energy was a mess in there the workers seemed frantic and unable to take care of all the. Customer. There was spilled liquid on the floor where u pay. I haven't been to Moe's in like 2 years. I think it is be another two years before I go back. It was just a bad experience overall.

Horrible horrible!! The rice was as hard as rocks! The ground beef was red for some reason. When I called to the store back because of the rice she said you can just come back for a refund. She Didn’t ask which rice was bad smh just horrible I will never go back to that location

Sadly...I haven't eaten at Chipotle in about 15 years... I will be visiting them now after dealing with this store and lack of rice. I've ordered from here twice in the past few months and they failed both times. Both occasions they didn't have rice. The first time it happened, the clerk advised they didn't have rice. This time they threw my burrito together, put so much sour cream in the burrito to distract the fact there was no rice in the burrito. My wife's rice bowl didn't have any rice...what is the point of requesting a rice bowl or fulfilling the order with no rice. The communication here is terrible and I will not be ordering from this location again. Order at your own risk.Another thing when ordering online and you advise you would like chips with red or green salsa...we have NEVER RECEIVED the sauces we ordered...no salsa ever comes with the orders.BTW the Moes app is absolutely useless as it pertains to issues with orders. They assume no responsibility of order failures, they want you to email them and then the email advises to go another route for order issues. It's a waste and only protects them. Both entrees I ordered had issues and they advised they would give me a free entree for this issue.

The store ran out of rice and instead of cancelling my order thru the app they processed my order with a scoop of beans and lettuce without telling me. When I returned the food they told me I couldn't have my money back and I have to call customer service for a refund on Monday. They would not even give my the customer service number. No signs posted that they were out of rice and my receipt didn't say it either. I AM DONE ever eating at Moe's because I feel they have stole my money and refuses to return it. Lets see if customer service will do anything.

This is the NASTIEST Moe’s on this side of town. The food was off, the salsa bar, drink machine, and ALL the tables were absolutely filthy. And THE BATHROOM was a disaster. I won’t be back.
