Don’t ever order by mobile app @ this store . This is second time my mobile order paid for nothing . Waited for over 30 minutes but they didn’t give me the food I order . Call store phone nobody answer . Go to drive thru window ask for my order . They said let they find my order . After 20 minutes nobody know what’s wrong with my order and still not give me the food I paid for .I can not wait longer after wasted 1 hour .Do you like to come back to the store like this ? HeIl no .Never came back again .
I went to pick up an Uber Eats order. First I waited almost 10 minutes to get anyone to wait on me. The young man the cash register was too busy flirting with the two young ladies who were ordering food. Then the young woman that come and asked me if I'd been helped and I said no started working on the order and then she comes and says to me we don't have any strawberry pie would you like to call him and I said well since you've only got apple let's just replace them with Apple and I sent the customer a message. Then she almost has it ordered together and she comes back and say it's going to be about 10 more minutes on the cookies that'll be okay on it? To which I said no it won't be I don't make any money standing here waiting, so I'm going to sign it and maybe by the time the next Uber Eats person gets here the cookies will be done and you'll have the order completed.They apparently do not train employees at McDonald's The way we were trained some 30 years ago 35 years ago actually. Surely all the videos that were used then are still available and even more now to train these young people on how to actually act and work and do. SMH I will not go back to this store.
This location really needs a lot of improvement. Customer service is always bad, no matter what time of day you go. Service is slow. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving as it's often wrong or missing items. I had a young lady tell us they were closed at 11:57pm (when they clearly have recently changed to 24 hours on Fri & Sat) because "we have to prepare to serve breakfast in 5 hours". Should we just expect bad customer service because it's McDonalds? NO! Do these employees go spend their money elsewhere and put up with bad customer service? Doubtful. Do better!
Came here on 04/03/22. Had me wait 25 minutes for two McChickens and nuggets. 15 minutes into waiting, they send someone out to ask me what I ordered. Atleast 10 other cars came and went. This location used to be the best, but has become the worst by far. This isn't the first time they've screwed up my order either, or had me pull into a parking space with no other customers in line so their times look good to cooperate. Go to the location right down the road in front of Walmart, it's a WAY better location then this garbage.
It was NOT a good visit. Not sure why but a manager came to drive thru made the young man that was in the middle of helping us leave and she had no idea what was going on. They really need better help especially during lunch. We were there a total of 40 minutes got the food to go
It was horrendous! I order a large sweet tea and a iced coffee. I waited for 25 min. My order was not the only one with an issue. Alot of Customers came into the restaurant stating their order was not correct. I will never go back there AGAIN!
Horrible. I ordered 2b meal. I was sent to the next window because they didnt have it ready. I asked that the fries to please be hit. After too long of a wait, I was give a sandwich, no fries. I asked for my fries and the young man wanted my recipe. I told him the girl threw it away for me. I told him I ordered a 2b meal and he had to go pull the recipe. By the time he came back, I had fairly hot fries and a cold sandwich.
amazing service, they gave us extra food and were super sweet. we came by around 10:30pm, the girl working the drive through was THE BESTTTT so funny and nice :)
Usually will mess up the order and will take too long to deliver the food.Update (02/13/2022): Yeah don't even bother doing mobile order at this place, they take longer than human aging to deliver the food. I never got my food. Take the extra 10 minute and go to the McDonald's at Hudson Bridge. Got my food within 15 minutes.
Great service but you should really put wait time for curbside pick up to 7-15 min not 5 min ..just saying
