This place is a disaster. All those people working and nothing gets done. 3 people on one cash register trying to figure out how to work it. Everyone there needs to go to chic fil a school and learn how to work efficiently.
The order placement kiosks inside really helps minimize the order line.There was never more than 2 people at the counter the entire time I was there.I just got some hot weather refresh food: frozen coke to cool and fries to return salt for liquid retention.Personnel were friendly and store was clean.
Did not get any item correct with my online order. Took over 20 minutes for them to even come outside.I went inside and not a single employee would address me. They had close to 15 people behind the counter not speaking to a customer. I’m not sure how these places stay open at this point. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I have not been back since the lady gave me problems about paying for a sweet and sour sauce at the window . Old lady was ridiculous for that I had two kids in the car she wanted me to get out and come inside for what she say was 37 cents for one sauce. I gave her the money I didn’t have time for all that. Smh
Typically ok service- but have had issues with correct food the last 3 times we've been there.
I like picking up doordash orders at this McDonald's because even when cars are wrapped around the building I can go inside and pick up the order. I'm not a big McDonald's fan. Never have been. After working as a younger person there almost 5 years that took care of ever being a big McDonald's fan. But the people at this McDonald's are fantastic. For management right on down. I've never been in there that they did not ask me at least three different people if I have been helped already. Great customer service. We just saying a lot for McDonald's in this day and age.
They asked me to park and wait for order. After 10 mins they brought out the wrong order. Had to wait another 10 mins for correct order.

At this McDonald's I had the best egg McMuffin I've had in a very long time.Staff was very friendly.The drive thru was very busy and they were great!!!!
I always love this McDonald's. Great customer service
