I ordered 2 pineapple mango smoothies along with my meal. I was told to pull into a space and my drinks would be out in a few minutes. I waited almost 15 minutes and no drinks were brought out to me. I went inside and told the manager how long I had waited and that I needed my drinks. My drinks were already finished and sitting at a counter with several other drinks. He offered no apology. I told the manager that I wanted a small complimentary coffee for my wait. He was obviously not happy. I had to reheat my meal when I got home. This shows very poor management skills. (There were two other customers waiting for their food. I told them that they should go inside and check on their orders.)
I will never repeat never come back here again I work for McDonald’s corporate and the way that’s these kids talk to you is out of control the manager did not even care she also had an attitude thanks to my McDonald team I work with in office I was able to contact there corporate manager and report all parties . This is out of control and as a manager you should have showed the customer myself concern and care instead you had an attitude right along with this kids they didn’t give me my drinks and I act for extra sauce on my crispy chicken there is not sauce at all . Fries cold and sweet tea taste as it’s old . I will definitely be back Monday to speak with the Gm manager regarding her team and night crew . This was a mess . Slower than absolute hell. Always gets my orders wrong. Employee will ask you what you want and as you’re telling them your order they turn around and ignore you then ask you to repeat the order again and still get it wrong. (Which was cook side for sure because when the lady read out the order she said the specifics but when I opened it, it was just a plain cheeseburger. Takes another 5 minutes to get your drink after your food also. Stay at the front or they will forget about you.
I rarely come to this particular McDonald's because unfortunately there has been and issue EVERY time. This is the only McDonald's location that I've ever been to that doesn't allow drive through as a pickup option when you purchase using the McDonald's app. This is the 3rd time I have been in the drive-through trying to pickup my app order and being told to only issue curbside. I used curbside then waited 15 mins for 2 drinks. When I went in, I was told that they didn't have Frappes which my order had already been paid for. The only option they gave was a different drink in exchange. My frappe was almost $4. I shouldn't have to settle for a $1.70 drink instead but this was the case today.
Ordered on the app for curbside. Took 30+minutes to bring my a Sausage Mcmuffin, and a sweet tea. Then my sandwich was burnt.
The worst McDonald’s. On our way home to Canada we picked up breakfast here. Coffee was lukewarm at best. The crust on one half of each McMuffin was as hard as a puck! All garbage. We have always counted on the consistent high quality meals at McDonald’s until this dreadful experience!
I’m Ubereats and this suppose too be 24 hours and this lady that works at night ALL ON HER PHONE NOT TRYING TOO ANSWER MY ORDER! She went straight too the back ON THE PHONE instead of coming too the window! And she never came back up to the front !
I just go into town for work and stay at the Fairfield. Do NOT go to this McDonald's if the woman in the grey shirt (it looked grey, but she had a jacket on covering her name tag), and red colored braids is working. She was terribly rude to every customer at the drive-thru. She was very, very upset I wanted to pay with a card because she had to walk 10 feet to the other register. When I was at the window she was constantly using profanity in reference toward the company and customers. She said the customers should just go to the bank and pull money out to order, because she isn't doing cards the rest of the night. She then proceeded to tell the other employees not to take card payments. When I explained I needed a receipt since I purchased with my company credit card, the woman began ignoring me before being extremely rude about my simple request. She acted as though it was the biggest inconvenience she had ever undergone in her life. To top it all off my burger wasn't even cooked. The bottom patty is still very, very rare. Please watch out for this woman. I will drive a mile down the road to the other McDonald's for now on.
This place has the worse service. I ordered a meal thru the app and they never brought my food. I lost my money because I ordered thru the McDonald's app. I recommend going to the location up the street. Save yourself the headache and bad service.
