This is possibly the worst service ever. I asked for 2 large fries and a 2 for 3 and I got the fries and they were ice cold and I asked for fresh fries the lady took her sweet time to come to the window after I tried to notify her. She took the bag and asked me to pull up to the parking spot. I moved up and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the order it got to a point to where I had to go back around in the line just to speak to a manager because I requested a refund and she tried to give me my food and it’s still not the right way I wanted it but at this point I don’t have the patience nor the energy to continue to play game with this McDonald’s I will not be returning
It was just okay. The fries were hard, but, hot. The Big Mac was just okay. The best thing was the frozen coke mixed with cherry or strawberry. The new mngr was nice. I always go past this one, which is closest to me and go to the one another 1/2 mile from my apt. This is because customer service, especially with the previous mngr was non-existent. She appears not to be there anymore.
The customer service is TRASH!!!! Every time I go to this McDonald's I sit in the drive thru for at least 20 to 30mins. Everytime they have gotten my order wrong. I once had them repeat the order back to me and the still got it wrong. The attitudes are nonchalant or just bad. I have just stop going here, I'd rather drive a few extra miles or go to Wendy's next to them then to pay for bad customer service.
The service is quite abysmal. I understand there's a lot going on but there tends to be some unpleasant behaviors from a couple people. I tried to get someone's attention but she just passed by and didn't even say anything when she returned. I told another I was here to pick up a mobile order, but she never came back with it, had to tell someone else. This is not the only time situations as these have occurred.
The customer service here was not good. First they hand me a cup of tea with no ice. I requested ice and they gave an excuse why they didn't give me ice. Then, they hand me the caramel frappe' without extra caramel that was requested. The window person gets upset that I don't take the frappe. Instead of just adding the extra caramel, the girl opens the cup, pour out the frappe, starts over, and asks me to pull in a reserved park. It was an awful experience. They just give you whatever and expect you to take it. Glad I'm not from the area.
The worst McDonald’s. On our way home to Canada we picked up breakfast here. Coffee was lukewarm at best. The crust on one half of each McMuffin was as hard as a puck! All garbage. We have always counted on the consistent high quality meals at McDonald’s until this dreadful experience!
This location should be closed. I hope the owners see this message. This is the only McDonald's in the US, which chooses to not operate when the sun goes down. We ran out of food, system is down, blah blah blah. This location was trash before the pandemic. Whoever owns this location is losing money. May as well sell and get your tax write off. Even your workers don't care. Standing around for hours, not working.
I am in your drive-thru right now it is 8:45 this McDonald's is currently closed. 3 years after the pandemic and nobody's getting any stimulus money so you told me what the problem is the people inside they seem to act like they have an attitude about asking questions well don't they know which apparently they don't the people that come through this drive-thru or the people that pay their salaries. Ungrateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's an OK location. Their hours don't make any sense. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're closed. Their McChicken sandwiches suck though. They're always overcooked. Other than that, you know, it's McDonald's.
It'd always something with this store. Line rapped around the store and now they can't take any orders. I wonder do the owners know their store is always having problems. I HATE this McDonald's they need to shut it down.
