Don't get your pizza bowls from here. Half full, poured out, are who knows. Be careful. They don't want to fix nothing either.
Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service! I called to location 35 mins before close to ask for cheese bread they said they only had thin crust. I arrived then 5 mins later with the intent to get something with med crust. They then informed me that basically they lied it was just they were closed and were not taking anymore orders. That was horrible customer service closing 30 mins prior to closing everyone wants to go home yes but are you running a business or not. I will not be going back to this location.
Order a pizza delivery time was excellent...the pizza on the other hand was over cooked..cheese was brunt and very little sauce...papa john's would NEVER!!!
I gave 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. I placed an order online 8:45 pm and when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told my order wasn’t ready. However, after waiting for 10 more minutes the manager Ms. Heard informed the order was made in error and I would have to wait for it to be prepared again. Ms. Heard had no control over her employees horse playing or the situation and responded she could give me a $2 soda for the inconvenience, and went on to say I could have a refund and leave. This was hands down the absolute worse service I’ve ever seen at Marco’s pizza. Please don’t waste your TIME!
Pizza looked over cooked and the taste wasn’t that great.
ALEXIS should NOT be a manager! Foremost, after waiting to be connected to a manager, Alexis immediately answered and stated, “This is Alexis, what’s your issue?” I was truly astonished by her introduction, especially as a manager. Nonetheless, I began explaining my issue - I did not receive the accurate sauces and my pizza was over- cooked. Considering Alexis’ incompetence, she stated, “I can’t do anything about the sauces.” I replied, “You didn’t hear what I stated about the pizza?” Alexis proceeds to place me on hold, and returns stating, “I talked to the cook, there was nothing wrong with your pizza, it only went through once.” After spending $50, including a delivery fee and tip, I was shocked about the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. This was my first time ordering from this location, and I can assure you - IT WILL BE THE LAST!All in all, with the effective and consistent marketing Marco’s pushes to the masses - consumers deserve managers that will listen and are empathetic - not one that is only quick to respond.If you don’t address and properly train Alexis, she will singlehandedly be the reason why this location fails!
Pizza is great, delivery was as promised...received HOT. Only thing is the website overcharged me by $10.00 so be careful at chwckout. Complained to corporate but never got a call as promised to take cate of the price error.
Customer service was on point and so were my pizzas. I was confused at the price though.. at a different location I paid $9.71 for a large pepperoni but at this location I paid about $15.00

I ordered 2 large pizza's for pickup. The customer service was horrible! I asked a question regarding the sauce and the response was very nonchalant as if I was supposed to know already. I was not greeted with a smile and both pizza's were dry. I will never return to this location. Very disappointed! The thing is , I love Marco's pizza, but not this time.
