Usually I don’t have any issues and I go at least once a week for my children. Today for whatever reason may be, the owner was very rude. Didn’t let me say 2 words after finally reaching the window before shouting “Pepperoni is all I have done im not making any so if you want anything i only have pepperoni.” While walking away from the window. First and foremost as the owner of a business you sir, apparently can not handle a large crowd. I’m unsure if it was the lady who I witnessed bring her large order back into the store , the long car line before I got a chance to even get to the window, but it was totally disrespectful. As a continuous customer, I was shocked to see your unprofessional behavior. It’s not what you said it was your chosen tone used and walking away.I could have became very obnoxious and retaliated with the same behavior, but that isn’t my character and have saw you on your joyful day. Unfortunately you will NOT be receiving any of my hard earned money. Judging by the same group of cars that were in line at your store, now at Pizza Hut, you’ve lost a few customers. We don’t have to spend our money with establishments. You should be grateful to have any customers. By the way, I’m the same customer who ALWAYS order pepperoni with garlic sauce & Parmesan all over. So I would have been perfectly fine with a pepperoni pizza.Have a great rest of your day and hopefully, this constructive criticism will find you well.
I placed an order at your Hudson bridge store in Stockbridge GA. Order#618. I was told that the online system was down yet I made my order online at 6:09 on 6/3/22. The tracker said that it went in the oven @6:29 and that was it no more updates. I went to the establishment only to be asked by the young lady at the front why I didn't just come by and are the supposed to know what my car looked like and did I expect them to bring it out to me. then she spoke to Sal on the phone who said not to make me another one since it had been sitting under the heat for 30min. I was also told that if I wanted a refund then I would need to call corporate. The young lady also said that she wasn't about to replace it because that would get her in trouble. At the end of the day, I took the old Batman pizza and parmesan wings to eliminate the drama. The dismissive attitudes were ridiculous. If I could give a -1 I would.
I came to do a Door Dash for a customer and the man who is either the owner or manager is very rude and disrespectful. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience with him. He's unprofessional. I reported him to Door Dash as well to let them know that he was rude and didn't want to give me the customers order so I can deliver it to them all because of a code. He just walked off. I had to ask one of his associates to help me and she was very nice. If I had a choice of giving this place no stars I would.
I pulled in the drive through at 9:15 pm and tried to order a stuffed crust and they told me that they already started cleaning up, and we could only get a cheese pizza, pep pizza, and extra most best. Don’t go here. I have a bad experience every single time.
Apparently under new management! Older man said he was only taking online orders! Couldn't walk in and get a pizza. Little Caesar is suppose to be walk in and get a pizza fast, right? Not here! Will never go back. Drive to location on 138, walked in and walked out with pizza. They are Great!!!
The dough was not cooked all the way. Please check your food before you leave this location. The food is getting worse since they got new owners. Don't waste your money or time on this location.
This is THE WORST Little Caesar’s! Please don’t torture yourself by going here. Some people in the store tonight had been waiting for hours.I paid for deep dish and got garlic bread and no sauce. ??The owner and his wife had to come in and work and even he is clueless. Did a call ahead order for 6 pies. 6 pies were waiting when we arrived. However, The order had gotten mixed up in terms of what toppings go on the pizza. Pointed out the issue to one of the owners. She acknowledged it and began correcting my issue. Afterwards, the other owner who I presume was the husband gave me heavy pushback and told me I messed the order up. Do to this unnecessary unprovoked combative encounter we won't be ordering from this location again. Dominos is much easier to access and exactly the same price.
Ingredients are 2 inches from edge of pizza 15 bucks and they call this a large.what happen to the quality of pizza.i guess considering who's working there says it all.
Negative called the order in gets there and had to wait 20 min.WTH and their taxes a 1$ Extra Best 6 with taxes is 7.13$ don't ask me I have no clue who does their taxes Pizza was good but was given napkins
