After my experience before last, little Caesars has lost much of it's luster for me. To be made to wait outside the store for 15 minutes without explanation only to be told at the moment of closing that they are only taking online orders was a bit too much. Had i been told that when i originally walked up, it could have easily gone to a competitor and ordered with them. Little Caesars has, by their own hands, made themselves a much lower priority for me. I'll only do business with them again if I'm feeding multiple people.
Hot n fresh everytime, need more staff to help with other things but no complaints on the cheese pizza ?
I ordered 2 pizzas tonight. When I picked them up they were beyond burned and rock hard. I asked the young lady to remake the pizzas she stated she couldn't because they were closing and that I should call the toll free number on the app to get a refund. She then called her manager who advised her to remake the pizzas. She remade the pizzas after digging in her hair and counting money without washing her hands. She then took them out of the oven and cut them still without washing her hands and put them on the counter for me. 2 things wrong with this is that you unwillingly and nastily remade my pizza's with a nasty attitude. Customer service goes a long way but the fact that she was upset and nasty about it I still want my refund because with COVID running rampant who wants to eat food made with unwashed hands that were digging in her nasty braids and counting money? Train your staff on professionalism.
Ordered pickup and the pizza was already cold when I checked it but it still good I guess
These people gave me 8 boxes of pizza with mold on it. When I called to tell them they question me asking why did i call the next day. I guess they think mold grows over one night. Don’t waste your time here, you’re better off buying store bought and doing yourself.
Good Customer Service and no wait time
Waited over 25 minutes, cashier/manager touched my food after working the registered. She didn't wear gloves or wash her hands. I asked why are you touching food and working the registered. Her nails look dirty, and greasy! I get home, and the bread sticks wasn't done. I was given her the benefit of the doubt: I was going to cut the edges of my pizza/breadsticks. I get home and it was cheese on top of dough! I trashed it! Very disappointed ? Nokia B you must do better! I understand about not having enough staffs, but after waiting so long and the order wasn't right, is unacceptable. Store ID 01699-0094

I LITERALLY just left little ceasers(Stockbridge GA. 6/6/21) long story short I had to bring my 4 month old puppy with me and she was stressed over the car ride I had to double park in front of the store with my car running so she can stay cool. When I went into the store I apologized to the ladies for ordering at the door and let them know why. After I ordered my food I went to my car to try and calm my puppy down by trying to give her water but I didn't have a bowl until the manager sent her employee a top for me which helped ALOT. Then she brought me my food so that I don't have to leave my puppy again. The young ladies at here was such a blessing to me they went above and beyond for me.
