This review is gonna seem a little weird to write, because I have to preface it by saying that I absolutely love Kystal. It's one of my favorite places. However, I just ate at this location, and can say that without a doubt it is absolutely the best Krystal restaurant I have ever eaten at. The burgers had been steamed just the right amount, and the fries were fresh out of the friar and perfectly prepared. This location is about an hour and a half from my home, but I will probably make a special trip to go back there one of these days.
Where do I start? Okay, I had to scream in the intercom and once at the window I realized why. The discussion and foul language between the employees was loud and intense inside the store. The windows looked liked they had not been cleaned in weeks and looking inside is was not much better. My breakfast bowl was more like a breakfast CUP and after asking for utensils and being told they were in the bag, they were not. I will never go to this Krystal location again, it was horrible.
It took over 20 minutes to get my food. Not to mention the first 5 the chick in the window was on her phone not paying attention. I don't mean to be rude, but that's just not ok. You have a job, do it. This is coming from a 17 year old with a job.
This is the place to go if you want to sit in line forever. Sat in line for 20 plus minutes just to get to pay window another 5 to get to food window. Then was told to pull around and wait on my food. When ask for money back was told to pull around and wait some more. Finally was given money back but wasn't offered any apology for management . Kyrstals sorry to say but your company will never be bothered by my green backs again.
First off I had got a delivery order I’m missing a drink and fries second meat don’t look done meat lighter than the bag it came in . Plus I ordered 12 burgers and third I have hair on my burger never eating here again.
The taste of the food is good once you FINALLY get it. The service at this location is sooooo slow. You definitely have to pack your patience. Most times, I don't even come here because I don't want to tolerate the wait. The efficiency at this location has been on a steady decline over the past few years....even before the Pandemic.
I went to this location for the first time to try their burgers, I had the wings before in the McDonough location and they didn’t disappoint. To start I asked for the number 1 with no cheese and I didn’t realize until I got home 4 miles away that they put cheese and the fries were never good to begin with. I went back and a lady gladly gave me new burgers in 1 minute but the thing is THEY WERE COLD!!!!!!! I had already drove off and didn’t feel like arguing or them doing something to the food. When I got home I got to taste my lemonade for the first time just to notice that is was WATER!!!!! There’s not a lot of restaurants on 138 that need to go but Krystal’s is definitely one. White Castle would never. What a waste of money.
Sat at the drive through for over 10 minutes after the employee said be with me in just a moment. When I left, the employee has their head out the window just casually chatting and laughing and carrying on with someone. The car didn't move the whole time I was waiting. It's this how all people of other races treated at this store?
Went to this location off I-75 at 10 pm on Saturday. Tried to place order, thought I heard no drive thru. Drove around and saw two employees talking/pointing at a computer monitor. Didn't want to disturb them, so back on to the highway. But no, there was a traffic accident at the ramp. So off to Mt Zion road I go.
we were the 2nd car in line. The car in front of us ordered 12 Krystal's. 13 minutes later (yes, we timed it), our order for 10 Krystal's was taken. It took 37 minutes from being the 2nd car in the drive through until we received our order. Unbelievable!
