Just walked out because we were told that people in the lobby would have to wait for the employees to clear the never ending drive thru line. Was told I could go through the drive thru or wait. My truck is 20 ft long and is hard to maneuver through the drive thru so I came inside. What if I had a mobile order?
Deserving of zero stars. Placed my order at the drive-through had to repeat my order three times. When I pull up to the window the young lady was sitting in a chair and refused to reach her hand out the window to get my debit card. If I would have pulled my car any closer to the window, I would be parked inside the KFC. I proceed to tell her that I can’t pull any closer to the window. She tells me “oh well, I’m not getting up from my seat, I guess you need to come in”. This is my second time visiting the KFC. Never again!!! The service is horrible.
Recently ordered an online order at 8PM from this location (Their hours are until 10 PM every day.) Drove 30 minutes to pick up my food and when I arrived, 3-4 employees were still there, but all the lights were off and the doors were locked/drive thru was ignored. When I finally got the attention of one of the employees they shouted "WE GOT NOTHIN, WE CLOSED" repeatedly. I informed them that I had placed an online order 30 minutes ago at that point, and they went inside. Their manager (I assume? He was in plain clothes) came to the door about 5 minutes later, informing me both that they were "going to be closing at 8PM every night this week", that they would not be able to give me a refund and I would need to contact their online to ASK for a refund. He then got angry I did not immediately take that as an answer and raised his voice before I left.I wonder if their franchise owner is aware they're closing 2 hours early and staying at the location?This is an abysmal KFC location and I would suggest never going here to anyone.UPDATE: Took them over 2 weeks to refund my card. Complete joke.
The season was on the skin (too much salt) which means the chicken had a fresh taste. I was passing thru and did pick up. Definitely would not recommend. Importantly the attitude was unbelievable. Drive thru you work with the public trying saying Thank you.
The last time I noticed I didn't get a Bisquick. This time owner took my order asked if I needed any biscuits . I said yes I didn't get one last time do they still come with the order? He said yes they usually do. Got home no Bisquick again . There should have been two or three to make up for the two plus one for good customer service .This use to be great location great customer service never skimmed on foodI will not return .
Only putting one star because I have to put something.Terrible customer service. Pulled up to the drive through this evening to grab something quick as I had been at urgent care with daughter all day. After repeating myself 4 times I get up to the window and she tells me my order and I told her it was incorrect and that I had repeated my order 4 times to her.Employee then proceeds to tell me that because that’s what she put in for I’ll have to go through the line again and place my order.
Back again with bad news. I have been going here for years but have not been in a while. Decided to get the great nashville hot tenders. Pulled up to speaker and placed order clearly but the girl came back to ask if i could repeat order. So i did she then said that i would have to wait ten minutes for tenders. I said ok. So pulled and paid then told to park in front that she would bring it out to car. I parked in front and waited while others went thru drive-thru and left. Others went inside and left. Fifteen minutes later i walk inside and girl that took my order ducked back into kitchen. The girl at counter ask can i help you. I told her that twenty minutes had passed since drive up order and i came in for food. She asked what i ordered so i told her. I saw guy at window dressed differently than the other so i asked if he was manager. He ignored me so i asked "SIR are you the manager" then he came to counter and said yes quietly. That he was sorry for lost order that it would be taken care immediately. Then he walked into kitchen and talked to girl that took my first order. She then went farther into kitchen. So i knew they knew i was waiting outside. It does show up on there screen. Again replace manager not workers.
Drive thru is SLOW! SLOW ABOUT HAVING FOOD READY! Customer Service use to be on point! TOO MANY YOUNG PPL THAT HAVE I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE AND NO SMILES! Would NOT recommend for fast service!
Disgusting manners, rude and waited 30 minutes for a SIMPLE drive thru order. Will be going to a different KFC from here on out
KFC needs to shut down. No one is ever in drive thru and maybe 1 customer inside. Tried this one because it's in an area I don't get to often. No fresh cooked chicken as other locations, rude employees, always our of many items, one young man tried to show good customer service. The man manager at night...horrible.im done with KFC period in every city, state, and country.
