Food is served quickly but customer service is very poor. They are more concerned about a timer, than giving great customer service. Is very sad that in the black community these business don't teach or train their employees on how to give good customer service. But when you go into a white community and they will bend over backwards for the most part to make sure excellent customer service is giving hands down. I work hard for my money and I'm not going to spend it,Where I don't get great customer service. I rather travel across town to the white area.Before I spend a penny at thank KFC. that would be the last time I patronize that KFC in Stockbridge.
Let see, where do I start.1. No kind of customer service at all. I placed my order and get the window to ask the young lady for a ranch cup and I didn't mind paying extra, she turns her back to have conversation with the other employees, then comes back to the window to tell me to park for me order ?2. The manager brings the order out "here go yo food" ..... wait what ?. The managers attitude is no better then the crew which clearly its starts with management.3. I get home to eat my food, and what do I find ? a long piece of hair out somebody wig. Not my hair bc mine is red sooooo WTH. no I did not go back up there or call bc I mean come on, you already had a attitude as I placed the order I can only imagine the interaction due to hair in my food box ?.
Could have been better. The chicken is as usual good. But why the waste of something called honey sauce, it's just awful ?. The corn could use a little butter please.
Walked in to order, they yell from the back “drive-thru only.” No sign on the door stating that, as pictured. Go to order the Beyond Chicken combo, get interrupted with, “Only exact change or card.” I say that’s fine, and try to order again. They tell me they don’t carry the Beyond Chicken anymore…. It’s plastered all over the building, drive-thru menu, inside the building, social media…etc. Skip this place, y’all.
The tea is the best the food was good but the bread was hard...other than that great customer service.
I am an independent contractor delivery through the doordash app. If this KFC can make up his mind how we're supposed to pick up orders I would actually be able to give it a higher rating until I eat there it can go past four stars, but the first time I went you could go inside. The second time I went nope you had to go through the drive-thru. Next time I went you had to go through the drive-thru. So tonight I'm assuming I have to go to the drive-thru I sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes because there's nothing posted telling various people who would come to pick up for online orders such as GrubHub Uber eats and doordash that we pick up inside so I get to the microphone to be told I need you to come inside and pick that up. So they wasted 10 minutes of my time sitting in the line cuz they're schizophrenic about where we're supposed to pick the orders up. Not sure I'll go back it'll have to been awfully big order. The only thing that made this a success was it was a nice tip on the order. Lousy base paint but nice tip. Of course the lousy base pay is not KFC's fault but it is what it is.
If I could give them zero stars I definitely would,chicken was cold hard and burnt,biscuit was hard as I brick and the customer service was the worst for 9 dollars since I didn’t get any change back.Thanks Naughtia,I promise I’ll never come there again!!!
the amount of times I've served unformed KFC employees at my place of work with a smile, yet when I visit their establishment I get berated. yikes.do yourselves a favor and just go to Chick Fil A. There's a good reason this place has 2 stars.
Slow, average quality food, and customer service is an I don't care attitude. They aren't rude to you, but they don't care if you have a good experience or not... They literally act like robots. Barely speak to you except to tell you your total and your change. Hand you food and shut the window. It was the most uneventful place I've been to in Stockbridge.
Thank you Joshua for taking care of my family dinner. You were outstanding and the wait was worth it. I pray that they get you guys some help. Know that your work and pride in it is NOT in vain. Dinner was great
