Jimmy John's on Eagles Landing is quick and convenient. I order from this location often and most times it's delivered by Dontae. Dontae is very pleasant and friendly. Food is delivered fast and with a smile on Dontae's face. Great food with great service. Thank you Jimmy John's.
Just called to correct a issue about to unwich sandwiches I had and the manager notified me he couldn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t his shift. Then I proceeded to tell him that I was left with no receipt as well and he basically said that wasn’t his problem because he’s night shift. Very nonchalant about money that I gave for two incorrect sandwiches. Then I ask for corporate number and he proceeded to tell me they don’t keep corporate number in store. Now that lie was unnecessary. I am very dissatisfied with my service at this location. I didn’t ask for a refund I just said fix the mistake that was simply made . 3rd shift manager at eagles landing jimmy johns needs help with better customer service.
Absolute terrible service; i waited at the drive up window (not behind anyone) for 15mins with no food order delivered; beeped horn asked whats goin on - they didnt have an answer, couldnt find receipt. Drove around to front waked inside and literally saw 10 workers inside hanging out talking to each other. Had my money refunded. Absolute rediculous workers there and lazy. And i’m a loyal JJ customer and havent had any other experiences like this elsewhere.
This place charges extra for everything, I even asked for a cup of water charged me a dollar for the cup. Never going back.
I went today and paid for extra meat. I was charged for extra meat, but I did not get extra meat. I asked for extra lettuce, and the white guy at the window rolled his eyes and took forever to bring me extra lettuce. He had such an attitude that I threw the sandwich away for fear of what they had done to my sandwich; they just took way too long to come back to the drive-through window for extra lettuce and no they were not busy. As a matter of fact, I had to come back because the open time states 10:00am, and they weren't open. I really wanted my sandwich, and this was such a bad experience. I'll start back going to publix for my subs. Shame on you, JJ.

Consistently slow on deliveries. Always takes a minimum of an hour to get my order delivered and my office is only 5 minutes down the road from this location.
Not consistent. There is always something either out or not accepted here. Bread is not consistent. It's either just right or just hard. Customer service is friendly but the wait can be lengthy for a sandwich.
Been here twice in the last two weeks and have been highly satisfied with their service and sandwich!
