Walked in the store, I was never greeted. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. There was only one person ahead of me. Simple customer service goes a long way. The young man made our sandwich neatly but slowly.
The sandwiches are good and I love that they will grill the vegetables, but they need more vegetable options. It would be great if they would add spinach, cucumbers, and sprouts. They also need a wider variety of chips. When I was there they only had doritos and baked Lay's.
Stopped in for lunch and service was excellent. Very fast and the staff was very courteous. Desirae was very friendly and suggested different sandwiches to try. Great lunch spot close to a big construction project just ten minutes down the road. I'll definitely be back.
Subs are always delicious here. The staff is pleasant and efficient. I go here often, so much so they already know my order when I walk in the door. Definitely recommend.

Online order wasn’t fulfilled and I came in 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. At the counter they didn’t even give the courtesy of telling me, they asked for the name and then walked away from the register and assisted a customer who had walked in behind me. Then another person asked for the name again checked the receipt and then walked to the sandwich making order with the receipt. So I asked is my order ready. She replied no. So I asked for a refund. Thrrr was no communication at all. The worst location I have been too. Where is the customer service?
Very frustrated! We ordered here for lunch today and all 4 of our orders that were delivered was wrong! To make matters worse this location does not answer the phone. We have been calling since 1100am and no answer. I would really like someone from this location to answer me.
I wasted $12 on a poorly made sandwich. I ordered a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with extra cheese. There was very little meat and cheese and no jalapeños peppers. They need a Manager on-site. The store was filthy. Food on the floor and the employees were just walking and slipping on the floor. Second time I’ve visited but I will not be back.
First time there today, good attitudes around, smiling faces, good food. The lady there kept my ADD from getting me to lmao. Thank ya'll!
One of my go to spots, love the food and service. Try them out. The parmesan rosemary bread is oh my God so good.
