Crazy. This facility was properly staffed but the service was horrible. Wait staff is inadequate, and rude. It took forever to get drinks, our food came out incorrect and in segments. When we informed a runner that he gave us the wrong order, he looked at us with a blank stare as if we were in the wrong. Our food was delivered with NO utensils, syrup, cream, or condiments. When we received silver ware, mines was greasy, and my mother's actually had dried up food on them along with the grease spots. When my mom got up to ask for silverware and was visibly ignored and avoided like a pest by a disinterested waitress, with her head in a phone and a "we don't carry plastic ware", I just decided to get up and leave. We still hadn't received the rest of our food, and a busser had just wasted a drink all over this one guest across from us??‍♀️ DO NOT EAT AT THIS IHOP! I left in fear of picking up food poisoning on top of the poor customer service and attitude of the wait staff. I only gave this place a star because there's no way to give ZERO stars and leave potential customers this warning: EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!???

This IHOP is usually pretty good. I will give them a 4 star instead of 5 because of this particular day. I ordered a big steak omelet and my steak was burned to a crisp and my omelet was overcooked. I also ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes. I have been ordering these pancakes for years. The strawberry syrup that they use was watered down. It is usually thicker than pancake syrup. It was so wet and thin that it saturated my pancakes, making them a sopping wet mess.

I went in to pick up an online order. I stood at the desk for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The server told us they were short staffed (I totally understand) and that she would be up shortly. I waited another 10 minutes before asking one of the other staff members about my order, which was ready, I just wanted to pay. The server then begins to say, as if to reprimand me, that she told me they were short staffed, she was dealing with other peoples money and wasn’t going to stop to deal with me, and then says to a staff member if they don’t want to wait there are other restaurants and drive thrus open. Again, i totally understand the frustration but, remain professional. people just want to be acknowledged..

DISGUSTING! I love Ihop; so I hate to give such a bad review, but, We chose to eat here at ihop because of excellent previous experiences at other ihops. This one totally disappointed us. From the moment we walked in at the check in we felt Like they did not want us there . They told us to wait a few minutes so they could go talk to someone and see if They were going to take any more customers because they were going to have a meeting later. They should have just locked the door , and we would not have come in. From the moment we sat down we felt rushed because They kept on elaborating on the fact that they had a meeting to have. I don't think that is none of the customers business or should have been the customer's worries. The table was gross, it had a greasy film on it. One of our tables rocked left and right the whole time. They should not have been using this table. We pulled an about 4" female strand of hair out of my two-year-old's eggs. This was one Of our worst Dining experiences ever. Thank goodness the restroom was clean. It would have been more pleasant to eat in there.

First off my wife and I ate here for date night tonight. second the staff did not know their own menu to bring out correct portions, also when my order was brought back to me my fries were coldv, they argued at first about the portions until I asked for the menu again and they realized I was right, no one apologized and the Mac and cheese that came with my wife's meal looked and tastes like some store bought stuff from Kroger. the server got a better tip than she deserved only because I know that's how they make the bulk of there money. The worst part was they had only 3 couples in the entire place when we got there and it took 20 min to get our food Initially. I definitely will not be back to this location ever again.

The waitress was friendly and came to our table to see if we needed anything. Very professional ?. That's what real customer service is about so I don't mind giving extra on the tips. Not every IHOP location give this kind of service, I been to worse!

I've eaten there twice in the last month and a half it's been real late at night the cook and the server were great everything was neat and clean even the bathrooms food excellent and quick couldn't ask for a better experience

Food was good even though we had to ask for our missing Grits. Wasn't too clean the floor wasn't in the area we sat. My husband said the men's restroom wasn't clean and the floor was slippery. As we were leaving with our take out we needed a bag. The young lady who worked at front was rude act as though it was an inconvenience to her giving as one handed it too us rudely and didn't bother to open it for us. She needs to work on her people skills and be more courteous to the customers who continue to come and eat there so she can still have a job.

Still great food and excellent customer service. My waiter was very personable and attentive. Forgot his name, older gentleman. This was refreshing as, good customer service is hard to come by.

Everything Everywhere Expensive! Went there for and with Family. If it was my choice, you wouldn't catch me in there.Service was good though: the woman Amber works hard and i hope her checks reflect that??
