This location used to be great under previous ownership. Ever since the newest owner took over it has gone down hill. Day shift tends to be good but the night shift doesn’t give a darn about anything. If you come in for dinner the restaurant will be dirty, the shift leader/assistant manager shows no concern for anything. The team always treats you like you are a hinderance on them instead of them being thankful you have chosen to eat there. At night the order comes out wrong, quite often, as well they continually run out of items at night. The most recent issue, I went in tonight 1.5 hours before clouding time and they were out of sweet tea. I asked the shift leader (medium sized black male with long hair wearing a red polo shirt) if they had any more and he replied “we ain’t making anymore. They just left the empty tea container out there and didn’t want to lift a finger to make any tea. If you come in within 1.5 hours of closing time they make your order to go even if you asked for it to be dine in. This has been happening for a while now. If you show up within an hour of closing they have already put chairs up so you can’t eat there. The staff at night needs major work. The daytime shift is totally different. This seems to be customary with the owner of this location as they own the one next to GA TECH and almost identical problems exist there as well.
They always have orders ready to pick up when I go in I haven't eaten here in years. But I pick up quite a few orders for both DoorDash and Uber Eats. The fact that 2/3 of their drinks weren't available yesterday was definitely a bummer. And I really think they should make the drinks for us because technically the orders are supposed to be ready for us to pick up and that would include drinks we're not supposed to make the drinks.

Started as a 1 ...I asked for no tomato, onion, and mayo. The guy at the registered asked me to repeat it. I did. Got my sandwich, had all 3. They questioned me and asked for my receipt. The guy at the register said I asked you and I thought you said that's what you wanted. No you asked what else besides no mayo. Fortunately the only thing saving a return visit is another worker by the name of Trey asked if he could make me another sandwich. Thank you, Trey.
OMG it was DELICIOUS!!! One of the best sandwiches I've had in a VERY long time! Will definitely be eating here again. Very polite customer service and they welcomed EVERY customer who walked in. Great restaurant!
We ordered two medium subs, a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch and a medium Smokehouse Brisket. The restaurant was not busy, and we had no special instructions for our order. Apparently, if you don't get a combo, they won't give you a pickle anymore, but that's neither here nor there.They put the brisket on the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich, and the turkey on the brisket sandwich and also forgot the BBQ sauce. We discovered the mix-up once we got home to eat, so we couldn't have it fixed.The floors were sticky, the fixtures dusty, and the overall cleanliness not what one would normally expect.We won't be eating there again, and we don't recommend it to others.
Very friendly workers. Enjoy their subs. I let them do my food when I want to eat out. The one I buy I can get two meals from .
Best sub anywhere around. Little bit of a wait to get it but not too bad. Wife asked for a veggie sandwich and the girl said they didn't have that without even asking a coworker. A different employee overheard us ask and showed the girl they do have them. I still don't understand the mindset of our younger workers. But the sandwiches were awesome!
I always call my order in on my way to work. It's so convenient to pick up my delicious fully loaded turkey bacon peppercorn ranch, with extra pickles, and tomatoes and grenching extra peppercorn ranch. I absolutely love this sub. I'm not a person who enjoys a toasted bread sub, however, they heat the bread, cheese, and meat. (By the way, it's LOADED with meat). For the record, I hate hard bread, but Firehouse Subs has this sub perfected to a tee. It's perfectly heated, and NEVER is the bread hard. Vegetable fillings are always fresh. I've been going to this location for approximately 2 years, since my local store closed, by which, I am so sad. At any rate, I highly recommend a visit to this store, just to let your tastebuds experience this form of fast food that doesn't taste fast foodish. Your tastebuds will thank you, plus they have a huge variety of subs to choose from. And this business was started by our frontline firefighters. Go support them. See you there!!!?
Place is awesome. Friendly people. If you have hearing problems this is the place for you they are patience with you and they make sure they understand your order. Great people
