Quite possibly one of OR the worst fast food spot in Stockbridge. Place is convenient to my job. For awhile I would go at various hours(my work schedule rotates) and they never seem to be making “hot foods”. Couldn’t get a bagel, anything. Now they let you order and wait in line in the drive thru and when u pay, then they say they’re out of what you ordered. Offered me a donut in exchange for a bacon egg and cheese croissant. So I’m supposed to take a $4.00 loss? Customer service is trash as well. I work at Piedmont Henry and I’m advising all my co-worker to never come here again #SorryNotSorry

NEVER go here ! They made my coffee wrong, I went in to discuss the bad attitude the agent had after remaking my coffee. Then another worker started getting loud and hostile and I wasn’t even talking to her. The manager had to literally push her to the back, because she came for me with anger. I refuse to spend my money with RUDE workers.

I normally go to this location because the one I go to has cars in the drive-thru that's half way out onto 138. But today I stopped by this location to get me a cold brew which seems like they never have I go to open the door is LOCKED so went through the drive-thru and the girl at drive-thru acted like she didn't want to be there. Any other day the doors are open. It's almost like they don't want to deal with customers so let's just lock the doors.

Horrible customer service.. Went to walk in doors locked. So decided to go through drive thru. The employee kept trying to rush us, would not give us time to read menu.Seriously need to retrain employees on Customer Service, and the way to treat customers in a professional manner.

This was my favorite location for many years.Everyone’s attitude here is so nasty now, and they make you feel like a burden for simply ordering a coffee. The girl who took my order today literally huffed as she took it. Then when I got to the window her whole stomach was out, belly ring and all. You can tell the manager here doesn’t care and holds the employees to absolutely no standards/expectations, there is some serious lack of leadership. Extremely unprofessional.

On Dec. 10th I purchased 5 gift cards at the DD located on Hudson Bridge Rd as stocking stuffers for my grandkids through the drive-through with cash, the lobby was not open as is often the case. Upon receipt my oldest grandson went to load his card onto his Dunkin app only to find out it was empty. We immediately checked the rest out and found the same result..$0. My daughter called the 800 number on the cards, the representative stated these cards had not been activated, gave her a case number and said someone would be in contact (has not heard from anyone). Upon realizing I had been scammed I returned to the location where the manager on duty checked the video and asked me to identify my car, she then stated that since it was theft the manager wanted to handle it directly, took my number and said they would call the next day to schedule a time to meet at the store with the police - that call has not been made. I have returned to the store two other times and was told they would call. I have not received that call.Make it right Dunkin... $100 to you may not be a big deal but it is to me.Signed Disappointed Grandma.

I purchased a black pepper bacon sandwich and there was hardly no bacon on it. It looked like they took a half of piece of bacon and crumbled it on the sandwich. I purchased an order of hashbrowns; it came out in a big bag with only 4 quarter size hashbrowns. I tried to call the number on the receipt and the number on this website but it rings and says the number is no longer in service. I will NEVER patronize to this business again! Very disappointed.

Unprofessional staff at drive thru!! They seem to have forgotten their job depends on customer patronage. The employees are too busy giggling and playing around. Additionally, this location never have double chocolate donuts. The owner needs to start firing folks. This was my last attempt here!

Went here this morning 12/23/2021Time 5:20amThe guy that took my order at the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional and rushed me to order. He slammed my bagel on the counter, I told them I didn’t want it after that, and a nice young lady remade my order for me. He really needs more training in customer service

To the owner!!!This location is loosing revenue, at 7:35 pm the cappuccino machine is down for “cleaning” and they close at 9pm. They have low amounts of donuts and in the morning after opening no food is sold because the oven is “heating up”I don’t even come to this location in the morning because of this oven issue…Sad to see this location change, it used to be great but seems like people don’t care anymore.
