Used to come here often, but it’s really gone down hill, quality-wise. I don’t care if you’re rude, but driving home with a dozen stale donuts? Especially when they were intended to lift someone’s spirits? “I’m sorry you’re going through it. Here’s some sugared rocks.”Over it. Seems to be a regional issue because the Hudson location is now trash, too.
Went to get 2 plain donuts 4pm got 2 plain. They were so stale and old. They were not worth 3 dollars. Dont u throw ole stale donuts away. I wont get nothing but coffee now in
Customer service is awful!! Young African-American male that works there needs to be fired!!! And needs to get his attitude checked. Totally disrespectful, TOTALLY. Owner should be more responsible in hiring practices.
I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin App, paid and completed the order, got up to the drive through and told them I was there to pick up my mobile order. The employee interrupted me and said they were not doing DoorDash or Uber orders. I told her that I ordered through their official app. She reiterated that they were not doing Uber, Postmates, or DoorDash. She finally said just drive around, just drive around. When I got to the window, a different lady asked what I ordered, and got it together. The belligerent employee handed us the coffee but didn't say anything or even acknowledge us. My wife has been a regular customer for 2 decades, and the level of laziness and disrespect from the employee is just ridiculous. The only saving grace was the other employee that got us squared away.

Specifically and clearly asked for a 10 count of munckin donuts, no assorted, pull around to the window and she hands me a 6 count, now mind you there is no 6 count of munckins on the menu. I handed them back to her as say that’s not what I ordered, I specifically tell the young gentleman I wanted a 10 count, this lil heifer figure she can just give me what SHE want me to have ??, she look every bit of 16, 17 years old. When I tell you, no respect at all!!! She catches an attitude with me for correcting my order that she got wrong!!
I asked for eight shots of mocha they only gave me one and I didn't see it until I laugh

Only bought coffee, but the French vanilla with sugar and cream was oh so good!
This store is trash as the store does not cater to delivery orders. I was told it would take 1 hour 30 mins just to START a delivery order. If you’re looking for fast service at a Dunkin DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!
