This is not only one of the worst restaurant's I have had to deal with. First off I requested, pretty much begged for extra hot sauce. I received 5 packets for 6 oversized pieces of chicken(not the good big sized chicken, the oversized, abnormally large weird looking chicken). It is as if because I asked so politely these Churches chicken employees chose to be so unprofessional, incompetent, and just flat out official loser - like people. Like I am missing so many random items from the order. I was basically robbed because I definitely didn't get what I paid for and was charged for.
Not good I went there on the morning of April 14, 2022 the service was slow the spicy chicken didn't even have the regular seasoning. I didn't eat mine they were too far away so I didn't even go back to get a refund. Sad that this location doesn't provide good service nor food anymore.
We pulled up and there was no one in the line And we sat at the weekend for literally 15+ and the line got longer by the minute. When my mom was speaking to the lady at the speaker she was just silent and I asked if someone was there she responded with a attitude. Now looking at the reviews I see why it has a low rate. I’m 17 and I have a job at a fast food place and my managers would be very disappointed in us for the poor customer service. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK DON’T COME TO WORK. Simple like that.
The wait is usually long but we don't mind because the food is good. tonight was abnormally quick. We got our food piping hot!!! Everything was HOT! ******THEY re-dropped everything in grease! OLD ALL DAY CHICKEN, refried jalapeño bombers with NO FILLING and reheated biscuits". ******PEOPLE OVERLOOK THE HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR GOOD CHICKEN BUT THIS LOCATION HAS NOTHING LEFT TO OFFER. Whatever the pressure from corporate may be, I STILL BLAME LOCAL MANAGEMENT AND SHIFT LEADERS you cannot treat people this way. We WERE regular customers but I'd rather pay more for good chicken. POPEYES IT IS!!
Had to wait for curbside, had ordered, wanted to place another order could go in and accepting 2 orders only in drive thru, besides that issue the chicken was hit, fresh, family sized meals proportioned, biscuits and okra piping hot and mashed potatoes were creamy with fresh gravy, bombers were fried to perfection
Ordered through DD only for the dasher to pick up the food for them to let him know they do not have any spicy chicken left so I asked for all legs since we are at a last minute notice of everything we ordered that is not available (6 piece) and I heard them hollering through the phone "Na uh no legs we only have thighs left." Very unprofessional and if a meal was ordered online, CC should give a courtesy call to DD or the customer that the item is out, not waste the dashers times to provide this information when he is at the pick up window. DD is aware of this and will be filing a report against them. If this happens to you through DD, you should do the same and file a complaint.
If I could give negative I would. We got here at 7:55pm and it is now 8:40pm still here. They brought us the chicken and the rest of our food but it's all cold. We are now waiting for 2 apple pies. As I'm writing this it is turning 8:50. We also got 3 large sides but got 3 small sizes for each 1 large. We had to the drive thru again and they also didn't even season the chicken. I recommend never eating at this place if given the option. Even if given the option DONT PICK HERE!!!! FYI it is now 9pm.
If I can give this place negative stars I really would! I understand that everyone is recovering from the economic situation and the staffing is limited. But somethings are easily dealt handled with communication. We ordered a family meal they had us pull to the front to wait until our food was ready. When the food came out 30 minutes later it was cold. We ordered three large sides and in exchange they gave us three small sides for each large that was supposed to be the equivalent of the large side. Considering the three small sides were not even filled up it was nowhere near the equivalent of a large side. We also ordered other things that were missing out of our bag I’ve had to go to the door to get them. The restaurant is closed for inside so we had to walk up to the drive-through window because they had an extremely long line to get the remainder of our food which took an additional 15 minutes to get that. This is the worst place ever and the food was nasty and cold. $50 gone down the drain!Severely unhappy customer
My son and I went to Church's. Ordered the 2 piece chicken snack. It was delicious. All items were hot and fresh.
Great chicken, just a long wait and cold fries.
