Tried Barbacoa for the first time. Not for me but it was well seasoned. I'll stick to my usual steak bowl next time. Always love the guacamole. No where else will I eat that but here!!! My son and I got in and out quickly and we were able to make two meals out of our bowls.
Love Chipotle. First time trying a nacho bowl!Part 2, went back for free queso in June Promotion. Took my girls who absolutely love Chipotle and we had a great experience. Food was great as usual and I love the one in Eagles Landing because they have a drive thru
Came in late around 9:30 , so I know it’s close to closing time ; however is shouldn’t mean you get bad customer service young lady on the end had a really nasty performance . I started not to purchase the food BUT The manager I believe her name was Amy or Anna was wonderful and took care of everything !!!
The food was okay, warm not hot. Not busy. but the entire store was dirty. I had to clean off my own table for my daughter and I to sit down.
This is the second time me doing an online order. I received a half an avocado instead of guacamole. They completely skipped the meat on one of my tacos.
Very rude young lady on the serving line. Clearly she didn't want to be there as they had called for help a few times as the line was backing up and she never came to assist. She finally came with a bad attitude. She also didn't give much meat with the bowl. The lobby was filthy and the lemonade and tea choices were old and watered down. The regular bag of chips had like 10 chips. Very disappointing experience. Bag management.
Waited 20 minutes in the mobile order pickup line and there was no movement so I called and the young lady stated they were short staffed. But after I called they immediately gave the customer in front of us there meal. Ours was already ready. Being short staffed is not a valid reason to fall 20+ minutes behind. More organization is needed. If you are short staffed don't accept online orders.The guacamole was hard and had peels mixed in and the beans had hard pieces.
I will say this Chipotle is 100 times better than the one located in McDonough. It's bad that I have to drive to Stockbridge when there is a Chipotle less than 5 minutes from where I live but I refuse to patronize the McDonough location. Every visit and quality of food has been great at Stockbridge. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the mobile ordering. I've ordered 3 times through the app and my food was less than stellar. They never add the extra cheese and the last order was so disappointing I had to do a chat through the app for a refund. They prepared 3 tacos with(and I am not kidding) 3 pieces of steak on each taco and a sprinkle of cheese when I selected extra cheese. Since then I walk in and order my food.
After shopping in the area and remembering my mom wanted Chipotle I stopped in. It was on a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other customer in line. The staff was welcoming and greeted me. I got to the counter and saw tacos from the ladies order in front of me. The gentleman preparing the order saw me looking and asked can I help you. At this time what I wanted then became the tacos he had just prepared they looked so good! Mike, was his name. He was so polite, accommodating, he waited while I made up my mind and helped me make the decision to get something I hadn't had before because of me making the statement " three tacos aren't enough, I want a lot of food"! He then suggested I get the burrito and I did, along with the food for my mom. The welcoming, polite , accommodating and smiling faces made my visit a pleasurable one that makes me say I will definitely return to this location because of the customer service and Mike's assistance.
good manager and very nice staff. Food is always ready for pickup and correct.
