Breakfast was great, once they got our order right.We ordered take-out, got our food but had to wait on our drinks. There were people handling the drink portion of orders for everyone but the young man who took our order.When someone finally acknowledged us, as we were standing there waiting several minutes, even tho we had our food, they were extremely short with us, as well as with the young man who took the order, they told him to make the drinks. He had to step away from his register and make the drinks.I believe the woman who was short, and rude to us was Ashley. Definitely not cut out for the excellent customer service that chickfila is known for.
Very nice Chick-fil-A. The employees were very friendly and made sure each customer was 100% satisfied. The front of the restaurant was very nice and clean. I visited the restroom while there and it was also nice and clean. The toilet paper and paper towels were stocked. One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is that no matter what location you go into they are always friendly and clean!
I am giving a 1 star because I didn't like the fact that I was in line. The service young lady took up over 7+ min with the car in front of me. Then when it was my time to place my order it was exactly 10:33am , she tells me that I can't order off the breakfast menu because its after 10:30. Which is ridiculous. It was 3 minutes past 1030 and it was her fault. Other than that the rest of the service was satisfactory.
Chick-fil-A provided me excellent customer service as always. I ordered a salad, and it was missing several items ingredients. I am not a complainer everyone makes mistakes however my salad was missing about 4 ingredients. I was not informed of this severe shortage ahead of time and yet I still paid the same price. Do I had to gripe through the app. To my surprise within minutes I got a treat for another salad and a dessert. I haven't used them yet. I'm going to give them a couple of days to get a truck in and make sure they have all the ingredients to get my salad right
I placed a mobile order for myself, and two daughters they forgot our utensils for fruits and parfait and condiments for chicken minis. I did have to go inside and they quickly fixed the missing items. I have seen this happen at other locations.. Please remember we use utensils!!
Because of a few bad experiences I had stopped coming to this location. I was reminded why after picking up my curbside order. There is ALWAYS something missing from my order when I come here. The people are nice enough but that isn't enough for me. If I placed a curbside order clearly I don't want to come in but I'm always forced to so that I can get my missing items. How much time would you have to give to recheck a bag after you fix it? Surely not that much.
Located just off of us and if I have this Chick-fil-A restaurant is the bomb Diggity if you’re looking for some chicken they sell chicken here and lots of it so get in line with your friends and family and see you next time
Went through drive through, other times I have had better experience but this particular time it was a bit slow and it took a while to get my food. I have been here before and it is not always like that I am pretty sure it’s a one off thing. It’s your generic Chick-fil-A drive through it’s a better experience then other fast foods at the moment
Ordered a spicy deluxe. They didn't put pickle,tomato and I ordered large fry. They gave me a large box with half of fries. They need to do better
I would give 5 stars but they need to work on a few things. The drive through was not designed for a pickup truck it was only designed for maybe a very small car. Most of the cones get run over Trying to make a very tight 180° turn around a tree if you're coming from the interstate. 2nd thing I would love to see the store opens at 6am but the drive through despite being the 1st car on many occasions a standard #1 order will hold you waiting till 6:06-6:10am at best before getting your food. It is however always fresh and the employees are always friendly.
