This review was going a different way until a special young lady by the name of Katie walked up to my car. I ordered online to pick up through the drive thru. I sat in my car awaiting in my order, all the other cars behind me received their orders before me. I waited..waited…. and waited for about 20 minutes. Katie walked over and asked “Have you got your food yet”? I answered “No ma’am”. She asked me to hold one a minute while she went to see what was going on. She was the only one who kept coming over to check on us. After another 10 minutes she was able to get my order and have the kitchen make my order. For some reason they didn’t see my order on the screen. The way she handled the situation was very professional and she was very patient with us. She listened to what I tried to convey to her and she understood. She went out of her way to make sure the situation was rectified. Thank you Katie!!!! You ma’am are the real MVP! ?
Online order, pick up at drive thru, could not find at 1st & had to wait to prepare. 1 sandwich had tomato when I requested no tomatoes. Other than that everything else was good.
We stopped on 4-2-22 around 12:00. First they did not tell us what car to follow in the line. Then we get back on the road and my daughter finds a hair in her grilled chicken nuggets. Then about half way through eating my fries I found a hair in my fries. So disgusted of course we couldn’t eat our food. So now we are stuck on the interstate in traffic and my daughter didn’t even get to eat lunch. We get chick fil a at home in Kentucky all the time and have never had an issue. Do better Georgia!!! :(
I’ve ordered the hash brown scramble bowl on 5 different occasions - each time the portion size changes. I asked the manager on duty the correct portion size and she said, “1 sausage patty”. How is 3 sliced strips the correct portioned size?
They always leave something out or give me cold food when I go there. I'm always in a hurry so I don't have time to turn around to complain because the lines are literally outside of the doggone parking lot! They need not tell me to call them or to leave me a message on here asking me to call them because they don't answer the messages! I have called them on several occasions when I first moved over here over a year ago and they never returned any calls. I just stopped going. This was the 1st time in a long I stopped for breakfast.
Service is great but portion size is kind of upsetting.. when ketchup packets are bigger than the chicken ?
I love Chick-fil-A. Never any issues with this location. Just disappointed they open at 7:00. Other locations open at 6:30. I have to be at work at 7:00 so no breakfast for me.
Total lack of leadership. Ignorance at the register. Drive through is more important. Worst chick fil a ever.
Horribly slow drive thru. Here on a Thursday afternoon at 2, line backed up into the main road. I've seen Chick-fil-A crowded before but they usually move the line fast, this one did not.
