Literally never had a problem until yesterday's visit. Usually, the same staff have been there for years & been very professional & courteous. All I ordered was 2 checker burgers, & after eating I felt a terrible pain in my stomach. Needless to say, I have food poisoning... Will not be shopping at this location again, might stop eating Checkers for good... Horrible experience, & im very disappointed.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to Order Lemon Pepper Wings & was turned down by the Manager & Cashier because I Requested Only Drums. I don't eat the Flats. I was willing to Pay Xtra, But the Answer Was Still No! Everywhere Else I order Wings, They Accommodate Me by Charging Me a Extra Fee for it! So I will Never Patronage Checkers Again!
They still have the 2for $3 and the 2 for $6 burgers to choose/mix match from, he'll anywhere else and you just get one burger for that price.. Loved it!!

The customer service at the window of Checkers in Stockbridge GA on hwy 138 is horrible. There is a older Caucasian female who is always at the window to collect the money and distribute the food and her attitude is very rude and nasty. I wanted to check my bag to make sure what I ordered was correctly placed within the bag and she got very nasty with and was rushing me. Checkers this is who you chose to be the face of your place of business. Smh! She is making you lose business!! Your business should have great customer service especially when people are spending their hard earned money. She is a very bad look for your business and needs to take her bad attitude and hit the road. Yoyr customers do not deserver bad customer service and disrespect from your employees.
Customer Service lacking and food not hot. French fries look as if they were tossed in bag. Requested BBQ for wings and told it cost .75 cents.
