Food is great! Holly, the bartender, was amazing! She served us a few nights and each time she wasOutstanding!
Didn't have certain things available. Burger was super super greasy. Frys no flavor.
I ordered a crispy chicken salad to take to my room. It was great! The young lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. I will eat here again .
Good Conversation & Good Eating. Always perfect when you’re traveling
My family stayed at this hotel over the weekend as my nephew was getting married nearby. Breakfast is served until 11:00am on the weekends; however, we arrived in the breakfast area around 10:15am only to be told that they were not accepting anymore guests for breakfast because the cook had to prepare for a baby shower that was taking place that day. We explained that that was a staffing issue and that we wanted to be served. The person working the desk just looked at us and basically continued working. As we insisted, we waited about 20 minutes to speak to a manager who never came to address the situation. My husband finally went to the front desk to complain and as a result we were finally seated. We were told that the owner was in the building and had been notified that we wanted to see him. He never showed to help us. We were then told that he was going to come to the kitchen to help expedite the service. I'm not sure if that happened but it was 12:00pm before we got our breakfast! That's right, we waited 1.5hours for omelets and toast! Are you kidding me? The omelets did not have the spinach or mushrooms that were supposed to be included. No one bothered to address that. No one ever came to refill our drinks as we waited. It was horrible. There was obviously a disgruntled worker in the kitchen because we were informed of that as well. There was one waiter that was cordial and attempted to smooth over the situation, but even she wasn't that spectacular. This was the absolute worse experience that we have ever had. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Our family booked probably more than half of the rooms that were sold that night. Some of us had been there all week...this was our thanks for choosing

Appetizer came after dinner. Dinner itself came in 4 waves for 5 people. She never cleared our plates, not even after we finished dessert. Like there was no room on our table..... she never checked on us and never refilled a drink even thought our waters were gone within 10 min. We were the ONLY table. Shockingly bad service. Lastly, don’t order dessert. It’s the smallest, saddest thing we’ve ever seen.
Omg the burgers here are amazing this restaurant is inside the hotel so don't be weary when the directions bring you here but pay attention to the hours it does close mid day most days. The burgers here are amazing g they just simply melt in your mouth. The service and draft options are amazing. The burgers are juicy and well seasoned the service was extremely fast and efficient I will be returning.
My wife and I don't usually go out for a burger, just not our thing. We dined here because it was easy and we didn't want to leave the hotel tonight. I only order a burger if I have no other choice or if I expect a really good burger. This was a really good burger! Very tasty and perfectly cooked to medium well as I requested. The onion rings were delicious as well. My wife said her burger and fries were excellent too. I would definitely eat here again.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on my return trip from Indianapolis. My traveling partner and I did breakfast here at the Burger Theory Restaurant in the hotel. Place was very clean. Wait staff consisted of one. however, she was courteous and efficient. No waiting. Food was tasty and hot. For the traveling public and a Holiday Inn Express, the food and service were very good. I would stop at this property again when in the area. Hotel was a bit confusing to find how to get to the entrance. Otherwise a pleasant stay overall.
