Pulled up to window, waited 5 minutes for a greeting, got attitude of “go with your order”, then as we order we are snapped at that they don’t have a certain item. So we say thank you and pull off…as we go by the window there is a young girl and young guy just leaning and hanging out like they are on a date that we interrupted. There was no one else at the business so they were not busy. Needless to say we didn’t spend our money and went to another fast food option down the street. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I have lived in this area for 8yrs and I have watched this store go downhill.They will sell you a dream and put it in a bag too. EVERY order from this restaurant ends up wrong. Ask for a large meal and get a small, Ordered onion rings and got maybe 5 rings in the box, Ordered a double Whopper with cheese no ketchup or tomato (allergic) and recieved a Whopper junior w/everything on it...The owner needs to stop being cheap(Offer more pay) and manage their restaurant better, YOUR LOSING MONEY ma'am/sir...
I wanted to give a good rating... Sadly too many things went wrong. I ordered the impossible burger meal with no mayo, lettuce, tomato. Bottled water.? They forgot the fries AND the water. ?$20 for a burger, fries, and water and then you only get the burger... The gentleman was really nice about fixing everything tho. ?He upgraded the fries as an apology. However...??♀️ They still didn't give me my receipt even after I'd requested it. ?I was trying to wrap my head around the price...Was too tired & pressed for time. Was just happy I had finally received the whole meal!
Good food always hotAnd they forgot my onion rings.And they was so courtesy this young gentleman that took my order apologize with passion. And gave me a fresh batch.He is always nice to the customer. How I know because I can hear him over the speaker. Speaking too the customers.

The GM of the location took care of me. Food was A1 and attitudes of the other employees was good. I could tell that they loved it there. First placed I stopped by when I arrived here in GA!
