All items were dry the rice had very hard pieces from either not being stirred for consistency or partial cooked. The chicken didn't have the same flavor as other Bojangles it was bland. Customer service could be better
I ordered a family meal. The young man that prepared my order knew that it was not complete. He gave me half a pint of potatoes. When I called no one would answer the phone. Good help is obviously very hard to find.
When they first opened it was awesome. Now...you better always triple check your order before driving off...always something missing! Food not hot either.
I have been to this location a couple times before, and each time, at least one of the items that I wanted they didn't have, this time was no acception. However, I do understand that it happens, but when the drive thru associate could not figure out how much change I was due back and insisted that the .30 cents he handed me was correct, I don't think I'll be visiting again. $8.65 - $7.35 = $1.30 young man.
Poor experience. Was served overcooked French fries, old macaroni and cheese, the soda machine gives out flat soda, the female manager had a nasty attitude with the worst customer service I have ever received. Napkins, and condiments were not put in bag . I had to go back and ask for them and the manager gets mad and slams her hand on the ledge in drive through and rolls her eyes the only reason I'll give this restaurant one star because of the customer service a young lady displayed this morning but other than that POOR!
I live very close to this location. My husband went there today and got the family meal, we should have known better! The chicken was old and barely warm the rice was dry and really this is the worst bojangles ever.
Got served this half done chicken biscuit. I got all the way to work in Sandy Springs over 45 minutes away and this was what I was supposed to eat.
This location has turned for the worse. I’mdisgusted by this picture - old sausage, old cheese, old biscuit. At some point, the staff must take pride and ownership in their products and business - no customer should ever receive food like this! DO BETTER!
Terrible everything. The attitudes at 7 am matched this terrible azz sausage biscuit that was rock hard! So I put it in the microwave because maybe it’s just crispy around the edges, nope, it’s clearly old because all of it fell apart! 4ck y’all for this
