Food was very dry looks like it’s been sitting for days. Didn’t even attempt to eat any food. The place was just opening at 11:00 went here at 1:15 and nothing looked fresh. Don’t waste your time,
EVERYTHING was Good !!! The meats, veggies, cornbread. The bathroom was clean. The staff nice and friendly. The ice tea was TO sweet.?
Food was not for your soul and very expensive. Cornbread dressing very heavy and salty, gravy oily, Mac and cheese salty, rice taste like rice cakes very bland, cornbread was thick and tasteless, bbq sauce runny with little flavor. One star for lemonade. First and last time going there.

One star is for me trying to support a black buisness. Ok, I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and fries.It came with a leg and a thigh ( bones in)on two pieces of cheap bread that the sauce tore up ,so how can anybody eat a sandwich like that.I had to eat the meat first then the bread. And the fries, i harldy go to any restaraunt and their stingy with fries. But this place , omg the very small portion of fries just .....really . so 9$ and some change for a half of a potatoe two pieces of chicken thats bland on two pieces of wonder bread it seemed like.and the customer service just felt really weird.
This place is now called country cooking. They customer service is bad. It was my 1st time eating here. They are very stingy with the food. If you get a Turkey wing dinner the rice is not included. You will have to pick it as a side and you only get 1 flat and not the whole wing. Very expensive considering the half of spoon of food they give out
Big Country restaurant is the new name. The food is disgusting. I wish I could rate it a zero! The cornbread was unreal how terrible it was i did not think you could even mess up cornbread. The turkey wings were dry and tasteless over some minute rice with absolutely no flavor at all a complete waste of money NEVER AGAIN!
This restaurant doesn’t deserve a star!!! The food is OLD!!!!!!!!!!! Think twice it’s nothing nice. Sour fish that should be thrown in the trash, stell cakes that can’t be eaten, no flavored Turkey wings with a side of stomach ache to go. Very expensive and very disgusting.

This is my second time having the OXTAIL PLATE which has been great both times but I tried Mac and cheese this time?. The Mac and cheese had a strong vinegar taste. Vinegar does not belong in Mac and cheese. I got a key lime cake but to my surprise it was made with jiffy cornbread mix and not cake mix.You all need to do some trial and error runs on these recipes before selling them.
