Listen!!!!!!! The drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY SLOOOOOOOOOOW. MY GOODNESS. It's not even that busy! Like shut it down if y'all have to have people wait for 30 MINUTES just to wait 30 more minutes and not order yet! Can't go in still so you have to wait. It's 7:30p on a Sunday and y'all aren't even busy you have this type of wait! I'm turned off from all Arbys at this point! I will NOT return!

Waited in line for 30mins at a standstill at 7:30pm on 8/26/2022 a Thursday with 6 cars behind me and 2 car ahead of me only to be told they were closed once I got to the intercom at 8am. Remind you the line was a standstill. The hours listed on google states they close at 9pm. This is horrible, and has been ongoing now for some months. Either increase your wages to get more employees to working or close the restaurant down until you can do better by your customers!!!

I have been there twice and each time I have been disappointed. First the website said the dinning room was open and was not and they didn’t have any tape to print out the receiptThen went back 2 weeks later and the dining room was still closed and still no receipt and no Arby’s sauce or ketchupReally need to get the act together

Y’all need to change your hours to the correct time it’s sad I pulled up at 10 o’clock pm cause it said closes at 1am wth. I have a google profile and it’s so easy to edit your hours, click edit profile then click edit hours it’s not rocket science….

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Slider. No Ranch sauce on it at all. The chicken was good but the sauce was overwhelming without the Ranch. Ordered the Roast Beef Sider. Had no cheese at all. Needed the onion bun and I even added Arby's sauce. Was not impressed with either.

I love Arby's but this is my first and last time eating at this location. I ordered the half pound roast beef meal like always, I've never had a bad experience so I glanced in the bag and pulled off. Once I got home and opened the bag I noticed my bun looked like it had been dipped in a liquid, and the meat looked old. I had no choice but to throw it out. I was highly disappointed.

Supposed to be a beef bacon cheddar but only had 1 bacon and the bacon wasn’t even a whole bacon it was a half bacon 1/10 don’t recommend

3 years ago you had a 5 star now you're a 2 star because You keep messing up my drive-through orders. And when you try to call up there nobody wants to answer the phone.

The line was ridiculously long and they were slow as s***. I actually fell asleep in the drive-through Lane. It took 45 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my cold mozzarella sticks. And he act like it's my fault for falling asleep. I was just resting my eyes man just resting my eyes want to speed up a little bit and help the four cars in front of me so I won't fall asleep.... I really hate receiving cold mozzarella sticks or food in general especially when you wait that long unacceptable.....

On the evening of January 19, 2022, I revisited this Arby's and received exceptional service and great food. No doubt, the manager understands the value of customer satisfaction. She deserves the special recognition I am giving by upgrading my previous Four Stars to Five.Rather than to serve me chicken nuggets that were cooked earlier, this spectacular lady chose to have fresh ones cooked, which were well worth the wait.Jamocha milkshakes are my favorite. The medium shakes at Arby's are larger than any other fast food restaurant's that I have ever seen.Arby's menu contains a variety of tasty foods that are normally prepared fresh. Every meal that I have eaten at this Arby's was properly prepared and worth ordering again.The restaurant, including the restroom, was clean and sanitary from my observation.Social distancing and other COVID-19 measures remain in effect.
