Food is good but staff is rude. They take their phone off the hook and when you go up there they always say oh we got bust so we took the phone off the hook, and then laugh about it.
DRY and OLD WiNGS!!!! I ordered the shrimp and chicken combination hibachi meal and a side order of wings. I was disappointed because the chicken wings were extremely dry as if they were old wings. Also, the chicken inside of the rice was terribly DRY!!!!!Don’t order chicken- it’s DRY!!!!
It really good. Made to order. They have a new item fried potsticker are delicious. I eat here roughly twice a week. The customer service is a hit or miss. But your will be right and taste good. I always ask for sauce.
The sauce that they provide with the rice was watery. The customer service was terrible. It was as if I was bothering her. I spent 85 dollars total. I will not be returning qnd I suggest you go elsewhere.
The girl at the register is extremely rude. Gives me the vibe that I’m bothering her. You get a small yum yum with a big plate of food that doesn’t make sense. Yum yum is also watered down. I use too like this place & the food but ever since that one girl been working the front I hate even going here & the food is a hit or miss. Wish I could give zero stars.
Use to enjoy their food but the last time I bought something, it was horrible. Food was way over cooked.
Over charged my card 15 dollars & when I mad a complaint about it I was told by the manager there’s nothing he could do about THERE MISTAKE & to call my bank if I want my money back
The food is horrible now it use to be good. My fries were dry and the chicken wings were small. Also I ordered hibachi and the rice wasn’t cooked and it looks burnt. Whoever they hired now they need to let them go.
Runny yum yum sauce, not one piece of seasoning on the chicken OR shrimp and burned veggies. I honestly don’t know how they’re still open but they cannot have my money past this only visit. The young lady taking the orders doesn’t even acknowledge your presence by saying hello…she just stares at you as your cue to order your food. Go somewhere else
The food was decent but the yum yum sauce was sooooo watered down. I understand cutting back, but wow!
