I must say this was the worst American Deli I’ve visited. My wife Ordered via Uber eats, and for some reason it was difficult for them to hand over the order though I had the order number and name. Chicken was cold and rubbery as if it had been sitting. It would be understandable if I arrived late but I arrived 10 minutes after placing the order. I will definitely not use this location anymore.
The Philly was so greasy and burnt I couldn't even eat it. The prices are very high. I was not given my blue cheese dressing even after asking was in the box. I didn't see it. The cashier said yes. I assumed it was under the fries or the wings or the paper. I called in my order and told 15 minutes. After 15 I came inside for them to start cooking that nasty Philly cheesesteak then. I waited another 10 minutes to get cold no taste fries. I won't be back. The Philly meat looked like Steak umm's from the grocery store anyway. American Deli used to be so good, but not anymore at all.
The wings were too damn small to be paying $20 for a 15 piece. I should have went to WNB Wing Factory where I more flavor wings to choose from, wings are much bigger than the Lil nuggets for wings that I got
This store is nasty!!! Get new rugs. They were sticky and nasty. Trash on the floor. Doesn't look like anyone has mopped in weeks. Windows dirty. I would not recommend eating here!!! OWNERS NEED TO DO BETTER.
The food is good... Standard American Deli. However, the front counter girl tonight December 7th, 2021 is so disinterested in your presence trying to order, it is sad. It makes to want to leave. I have no idea why they put people at the front counter that belong in back.
Since the pandemic, ownership has changed for the worse. Employees eating wings behind the front counter by the drink machine in front of customers with no shame. Very unprofessional. Also, I paid $13 for a wing combo and the wings were super small. Usually, if the wings are small, they'll add a few extra. None of that this time. You've been warned. The gentleman in front of me asked for his fish to be cooked a certain way and the lady acted as if she didn't hear him, so he asked 2 more times. Thencharged him for tartar sauce that he didn't ask for.

Please don't go to this American Deli. It has roaches smh. The health department needs to be called.
People behind the counter were extremely rude.Place was filthy.Had a giant batch of wings Premade the looked and tasted like they have been sitting their all day.No mask on.Didn’t put any cheese on my Philly steak.
