I mean you can't really say anything bad about Zaxby's. They are always good. My only complaint is some days my tenders look beefy and other days they look super shrimpy. Other than that we love Zaxby's.
I called head and it was ready when I got there. Everyone working there seemed to be helping each other work. Overall It was a pleasant experience and the food was good (as always)
My family loves this location. They definitely have a reputation to keep since they're the first one, and they're doing a great job keeping it. Glad they started and are carrying through their vision.
Customer service was terrible on 3/15/22, my husband and I went through Drive thru that day and had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes to get our food because one of the workers with green and yellow hair was holding the line up having a family reunion with a Customer and then I heard her say, I don't care about those people waiting in line let them wait. I told my husband to drive off but he wouldn't. My food was also cold when I got it. So I want be going back there for a while.
They have reduced the size of the chicken fingers and the last time I went it seemed that the batter was different. I may be wrong but it just wasn't as flavorful
All they do is stand around and talk instead of getting the food out to the customer food is good most of the time but it takes forever to get your order I have been in here for over 15 minutes.
Save yourself the time and go to the original location (on campus). This location has not gotten my order correct once (buffaloed zalad with blue cheese dressing and a medium drink... Pretty simple). It's either always missing something or takes more than 30 minutes to be ready (mobile order).
Don't go thru drive-thru late at night. Food is left over from lunchtime. Cold hard wings, fries & toast. Won't be wasting my money there again.
I don’t really write reviews often but I was in line at 9:17 infront of the mic to order and they just took the persons order infront of me and it had an automated message about being closed. Not very professional considering they close at 10 but whatever lol
Around 2:00 visit. Waited a long time. Was told chicken was cooking. The outside looked done but inside was a cold doughy mess. Fries were beyond old and cold. Hey, it's toast. What can go wrong??? Apparently everything. I met 2 furious people going out the door who said the same thing about the drive through. Tables were dirty. And staff in back just standing around doing alot of nothing. Drive through backed up and never moved. Why 2 stars? Because this use to be the best food in the boro. Because it was great. The food I got served today made charlie browns Thanksgiving look yummy. I wish people could just get their food cooked correctly and be what it use to be. ?
