Disappointed! I’m ordered the pizza online and they sent the confirmation that it will be ready in 40 mins, when I enter to the place the pizza wasn’t ready, (I’m pick up 10 mins later than the hour expected will be ready, the guys can’t find the receipt and so we need to wait 30 mins more for the pizza.we takes the pizza to home and the mozzarella cheese tasted not fresh, ?I’m never come back again!
First time ordering, didn't know you had to tell them to put the 2 basic items on every pizza between here and Napoli which is marinara and mozzarella; this is not explicitly clear on the menu Called to complain and they don't answer.
Very satisfied! We ate at the Savannah location last weekend and they took extremely good care of my pizza since I am gluten and onion allergic. Today we are eating in statesboro, and they have done the same here. Awesome to know that I can eat something without getting sick!
People working there were awesome, the pizza was good but the air conditioning was broke and I think it’s been broke a while and it was terrible it was so hot in there.
We love Your Pie’s pizza, but this location has gone down hill in the past couple of months! I waited today for a carry out order for almost 30 minutes past when I was told it would be ready. Mind you they were not busy and there were 4 employees behind the counter. One of the employees was on her phone almost the entire time I was waiting as the others were very casually completing their job (there was no sense of urgency at all). Sadly too, the pizzas were not made well with the bare minimum toppings. My daughter ordered meatball and chicken and had maybe a total of 5-6 pieces. When they handed me my pizzas I had to ask to pay, she walked back off without even mentioning my total. It’s sad to see this location not running well! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we enjoy the pizza, otherwise the service has been lack luster.

My family loves going here it is a tradition now. Food is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cheaper than most other high-end fast food, and honestly? Cleaner than the other high end fast food.
