Little pricey for fast food in my opinion even though it tastes good enough to face Fair Road traffic, especially getting in and out the drive thru. But never mind that, the real praise I would like to give is to their customer service. When Doordash messes up and refuses to take accountability, this location has your back and I fully appreciate that.
No courtesy whatsoever! I just made a 4 hour drive, and I got there 20 minutes before close. After waiting in line for so long, I pulled up to the ordering window exactly at 1. They didn't even have the decency to speak to say that they weren't taking anymore orders, or give a cut off point for cars. They literally let myself and 5 other vehicles just sit there!Absolutely terrible customer service. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another location or go to bed hungry than deal with that again.
They got my order right which honestly is an amazing thing. It doesn't seem like any fast food place gets my order correct. Loved it.
I just had an amazing experience with two more child operated businesses in this wonderful college town. I put an order in for delivery through Door Dash. After waiting the obviously necessary forty-five minutes for the order to arrive, I only received about twenty-five percent of what I ordered and paid for. I contacted the delivery driver and explained what happened. She immediately told me that the restaurant was busy. OK... and...?? She of course didn't check the receipt when she picked up the order but you can't tell these kids today that they done something wrong because that would hurt their feelings. She returns to Wendy's and tells them what happened. Here's where things get funny. They tell her they didn't have what I ordered. So instead of notifying me of this when I ordered, Wendy's just says screw it, we'll just send less than half of the order. They did finally substitute the missing food and I got a refund from Door Dash. I'll never use Door Dash again and there's a better Wendy's on Northside Dr.
Horrible this young lady with the long blonde hair name KIANE had the worst unpleasant attitude I watch this young lady be rude towards three other customers besides myself then on top of that she NEVER wash her hands after handling money an she wear the same NASTY glove? one glove an took three orders before me an then thought ? I was goin to accept the food no ma'am I think not I ask her to get her manger an he quickly came to see what the problem was an with a very nice sincere apology he fixed the problem and asked her to go wash her hands an she throw the fry handle back into the other fries ? an said some very nasty words as she walked off but again this is how people get ? sick because they don't care about there job anymore they was out of alot of things which is understandable but she rudely chose not let u know up front she waited until u order to say I quote I am out of they find something else WOW!!!SMDH very unprofessional I understand that is a fast food restaurant but u still have to treat ur customers as if u really want to serve them she didn't smile greet me are nothing but the young men which was the manger gets a thumbs up for correcting the situation an putting her in her place an he did ask her to come to the side to tell her to wash her hands too. But once my food was remade it was delicious ??
I would give this zero stars if it was an option. I just got home from my third try at this place. Also the third time they have messed up my order. The dining room was closed so if I were to try to go back through the drive through i would have had to wait through 6 or 7 cars. These people have never given me friendly service or the correct items that I ordered. So now im home with an incredibly sad dry chicken sandwich instead of the burger i ordered. the employees are brain dead

I'll leave my original review bc that whole dealio wasn't cool but this took it to a whole new level. When I called I was offered a replacement meal. Why would I want a replacement? ?Original review: Typically okay during the day or through Doordash, so they get credit with some stars. Was told once that after 11pm, they only take online orders. Ordered online tonight and when I went to pick up, the guy in the drive thru told me they ran out of food after serving the car right before us and only had drinks, he said he wanted to be honest with me about it. He then told me to try and transfer my online order to the other location (which closes earlier ?) or just cancel it all together... nothing else
Food was hot and fresh associates were friendly and product was packaged properly..not all mashed
Food was great, however the service was very slow. Not enough employees to keep up with the amount of customers.
This location was very busy around lunchtime. Went inside to order thinking it would be faster than the long drive thru. Took awhile to get my food inside. It was worth it because those fries were some of the hottest & freshest I have tasted in awhile. Everything was good and hot.
