Order half wrong, out of basic items at 6:30 PM, sandwich that was right had 3 times the ketchup and mayo, so it was all over the bun. Didn't give a receipt.Go to Chick FIL A or even McDonald's across the street instead.
Biggest bang for your buck in fast food. My toddlers always ask me if we can go inside and eat in the lobby.

We've come to this wendys since it opened. Usually it's a very good experience but the last several times we've come through there has been an issue.Today, we show up, pull all the kids out, walk to the door only to find it locked.No sign on the door or nearby windows, no explanation just 4 cars in the drive thru and a locked lobby.We looked and could see at least 4 workers in the front, three of which were standing at the drive thru window.Why? Can't really blame it on covid anymore and couldn't really blame it on staff as I saw at least 4 people that shift.While we were there two other cars pulled their families out just to have to pile them all back in.At the very least a note explaining why would have saved the hassle of piling kids in and out of vehicles.It is worth noting that the two other families and myself left without waiting in the drive thru.I really wish the owner and/or management would step up.
My recent visit to this Wendy's location was an epic fail! The entry doors were filthy. Orders were taken slowly and customer service was nonexistent. The employees in the prep area were having a yelling match loud enough to disturb the dining area. Never again.orderT
Cashier playing on her phone while I was deciding what to order. Food was really good, but you don't play on your phone while you're working. I know, I used to do fast food.
Why is the lobby still not open? Is it laziness? Is it the low pay? Can't still be covid. Enough already. With that said how is the quality still terrible and all you have is drive thru? Since one of the supposed reasons is not enough staff? How am I waiting in a line in drive thru and still get old food plus the prices are higher? Fix it.
I know I got a small fry, but dang that’s all you get nowadays?! Do better Wendy’s, this stuff is to expensive to be done like this..
Day shift always good. Night shift on the other hand. They were extremely rude and confrontational, as well as getting our order wong. I'll come during the day, never again will I come at night however.
The employees at this Wendy's are the one's who make it hard on the black community to move forward because they take opportunities away from hard working black folks who want to work and thrive and do a good job
