First time at Tarantinos tonight Unbelievable Menu Started with Garlic Bread - Amazing Wait staff- Excellent Service Pizza - Absolutely Delicious Eggplant Parmigiana so very good! First off this is the third time in three weeks we have been to this restaurant, the first we were blown away with there 30” pie and garlic cheese bread. The second time was a pick up order for my bday, two 20” pies cooked to perfection. The third time was last night and the food did not disappoint, the garlic cheese bread is amazing, the calamari is fried golden brown and comes in a generous portion, and this time a 20” pepperoni pie that was bite for bite amazing in its own right. Dessert was definitely a perfect end to our night. This place truly is a hidden gem and by far the best pizza in the boro.
The food was very different from the first time we went. Supply & staff shortage is starting to show. The few working were very accommodating & nice. I ordered Pasta Aglio E Olio, the spaghetti was literally floating in olive oil.
If you haven’t tried Tarantinos you gotta get over there.. Great Italian food, Great environment, Great staff and Owners
I have eaten here twice, which is not nearly enough. I would eat here every day if I could. The service and food is top notch.One of my kids and I stopped by for lunch one day, not realizing they weren't open for lunch. The man himself Joe Tarantino happened to pull in right after us. I asked if he was open and he said no we don't open until 5. I said that's fine we can just come for dinner later. Joe said no come on in I'll cook for you. I don't have any staff here and the service may not be the best, but I love to cook for people and I'd love to cook for you.The service was perfect and so was the food. My daughter is slowly working her way up the heat ladder of the famous Rattlesnake Pasta and enjoying every minute of it.If you ever get the chance you should stop by. You won't regret it.
We were visiting our son and his family in Statesboro Ga. They suggested we eat at Tarantino’s. Skeptically we agreed because we generally like beef and potato’s. When we arrived we we were even more skeptical because it is a small place, but we were pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed the entire experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all, young and old. While there you should ask to meet the owner and his wife… you’ll understand when you meet them.Danny and family. Roll Tide.
Stopped here for dinner. The owner greeted us and told us we were family when in the restaurant. The service was good and we ordered olio spaghetti, garlic bread, salads and eggplant parmigiana. Everything was delicious. However, the eggplant was swimming in water due to the noodles not being properly drained. I was able to save it by taking it off my plate. And that’s why it’s four and not five stars.
Brought out of town family here for dinner and they had nothing but great things to say the entire time. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the food was awesome! Orchid goes above and beyond to ensure the guests have a good experience. She was so kind to our son and her overall service was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend!
First time we tried the Blackened chicken Alfredo and my wife had Rattlesnake Alfredo both were very good. Enjoyed the meal, the personal touch from the owners, and nice atmosphere. I recommend the restaurant if you light Alfredo's or pizza's.
The food was really great and the service is absolutely WONDERFUL. We brought our two year old daughter in with us and she came out with a coloring book, a book, and a balloon for Valentine’s Day. Everyone was so warm and welcoming we could not ask for a better restaurant in Statesboro! We will definitely be coming back! Do yourself a favor and eat at Tarantinos!!! Thank y’all so much!
