I ordered my food through the app while when I got in the line because I saw it was kind of long, as it usually is for our area. Had I known that I would sit an HOUR in line, I never would have done that. An HOUR in a drive thru?! At 8:30 on a Sunday night. It just makes no sense. There is no room to get out of the drive-through so you are just stuck there.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. The workers are the laziest people I’ve ever seen and have no work ethic. I hope this Taco Bell closes down because it is that bad. Only Taco Bell I’ve ever been to that closes down at 7:30 with a full drive thru line and then proceeds to lock people inside because they decided to close out of nowhere.
Why is the lobby still not open? Is it laziness? Is it the low pay? Can't still be covid. Enough already. With that said how is the quality still terrible and all you have is drive thru? Since one of the supposed reasons is not enough staff? How am I waiting in a line in drive thru and still get old food plus the prices are higher? Fix it.
What can I say, going to taco bell is hit and miss. You might get real good service one day and then your next visit you get the mental midgets working and it's a marathon to get your food. Oh, I take the time, at the window, to check my order. They love to leave things off your order. Love the food,, hate the service!!
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. This Taco Bell location is always closed at random times. You could be waiting in line for like 20 min only to be told “we’re closed” within stores hours.
This Statesboro location is the absolute worst. I just spend 30 minutes in the drive through for two burritos on a Wednesday night.I get to the window and the two girls standing there were talking about how they had forgotten stuff for the order right before, and maybe they'd come back. Then one girl got a text on her phone and walked away looking at her cell phone. We had an order of nacho cheese dip as well and it was about 1/4th full when we got it.They had also shut the lights off at 8 o'clock despite not closing until 10.Corporate needs to step in and do something about how poorly managed this location is.
Facility Nice and clean associates were friendly but,sweet tea was very nasty food was just kinda thrown toghter..if you like Taco Bell I guess this the place
So online and I even asked the drive through girl last week what time they closed, 2am.....not!!! 10pm last 2 nights closed with 5 cars in line waiting still?? Managers need to update hours, or at least post a letter on drive through intercom?
Literally no meat what so ever, and the rest of the food was wrong as well.
Would love to know who’s leaving the high reviews here they are always closed at random times and never open late. Sometimes the doors are just locked and they’ll just leave you sitting in the drive through before even answering. Honestly just drive to pooler for the next closest one.
