I’ve NEVER had such bad service in my entire life! We stood in line for over 30 minutes. No one seemed to have any urgency or care that there were people waiting. One girl was mopping the floor and wiping the walls behind the grills - at 6:30! They were out of cilantro, lime, and salsa and didn’t make a effort to go get more from the back. People had already paid and were waiting for someone to just give them their food. It was so ridiculous! I can be patient when someone is working their butts off and are really trying to keep up with the rush, but I have no respect for someone who does not care at all. I won’t be back!
Got all the way home to find out they forgot my queso and gave my girlfriend someone else’s burrito…for the second time. I kindly asked if I could get a refund and was met with an annoyed manager that refused to give said refund and began remaking the burrito. I’m now home with cold food and the urge to go to Moe’s or Chipotle. I work in customer service myself, so I get it. What I don’t get is not even offering me a refund when that’s clearly what I asked for.
Food is okay. Service is always terrible. They favor online orders and drive thru orders. I was in line for literally 15 minutes before I even talked to anyone to start my order. After they reached out and talked to me about my concerns, they said they would address them, and it’s very clear that that was just lip service as I just went there and the service is still terrible.
Ordered online so they had the entire order printed in front of them and they still messed up multiple parts of my order. They left out the side of queso entirely, I ordered bell peppers in my bowl and got jalapeños, and had multiple bowls in the order and was given a single bag of chips barely filled. I could be more understanding if they were busy but there were 3 seats taken in the restaurant and barely a line at the counter.
Quality of the food is amazing. The service today was outstanding as ALWAYS! Love Surcheros!
A fun size bag of doritos has more chips, and for SIGNIFICANTLY less. For 14 dollars?!?!?!!??? AND THEY ARE COLD AND STALE!?????!
I went here from a suggestion of a classmate. She swore that it was good.First impressions of the dining area was that it was very clean & the parking lot was as well.The menu was easy and simple to read. There was a good amount of food choices. I wanted to eat everything lol.The cooking line was clean & orderly which is always a plus. The staff were very nice.I ordered the mini nachos with ground beef, guacamole, sour cream, green onions, jalapenos, queso, monterrey jack, & pico & it was delicious!!!!! It took me less than 10 minutes to eat it all.The ground beef was seasoned nicely without being overly seasoned. The guacamole was also delicious!!!! I could tell the ingredients were fresh.I will definitely be visiting this place when I'm in Statesboro, I may have to drive from Savannah just to get it.
I arrived at this location with my mother to get something to eat after a day of packing up so I could go home for the holiday weekend. I was not sure what I wanted, but my mother gave me a suggestion and I decided that is sounded good. She knows the quality of the food from the Dublin, GA. location. A young man named Jermey came up to see what we wanted with hid phone in hand texting air pods in his ears. He seemed very distracted and upset that he even had to serve us.We had to repeat ourselves several times. We then had the rest of our condiments added by a different young man. When we got to the counter we where greeted by Christie. She let us know she would be right with us. She was working to get a mobile order completed and I completely understood and waited patiently. She asked for Jeremy’s help with getting some of the drinks ready for her. Jeremy was at the window talking and cutting up with the customer(that had already been taken care of and wait was waiting the order that Christie was working on). Christie had to repeat her self multiple times in oder to get the help she needed. Christie finished up and began to check us out. My mother asked how the tips are given out and we were in formed that the tips are split between the works. This kinda made my mother upset. The food was amazing, but it really upset me to see Christie working so hard and Jeremy doing the bare minimum.
This is honestly my favorite place to eat. I come here at least once a week and the staff is very helpful. The atmosphere of this place is so unique to this establishment. I get the same thing every time I come and have not been dissatisfied thus far. I hope this wonderful place continues to grow and stays this great!!
I loved sucheros, but ordering through DoorDash was a common issue. The extra sides/sauces were missing 50% of the time I ordered. They were always accommodating when I called, but it is a bit unfortunate because money is often wasted and my meal isn’t complete
