Go to this subway all the time. However today the place was filthy. The counter where they make your sandwich was so nasty it looked like it had not wiped or cleaned all day. There were bread crumbs, veggie pieces, and condiments everywhere. The man that made our sub wiped the knife on the edge of the counter to scrape off the mayo and then used it to cut the sandwich. This was on Thursday April 7 @ 830pm. They really need some pop in inspections and trained on proper food handling techniques as well as cleaning requirements.Last visit for sure.Hope they get this cleaned up before someone gets sick!!
The best experience I’ve ever had in this Subway! There was a blonde and a brunette and they had great conversation, all smiles, super quick and efficient service 10 out of 10!

This review is for the subway on Buckhead Dr. I had one of my worst visits to any subway ever tonight. I don't even know where to start. As I walked in the front door I saw trash scattered about through the restaurant. There were four customers ahead of me and one employee and she wasn't in any hurry, so it took longer then it should have for the amount of people that were in there. I go to place my order and she tells me they're out of ham, I said okay and replaced it with another meat.I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread and she tells me they're out of that too. I go to add veggies and almost everything was depleted, I ask for onions and she tells me they're frozen still. I'm grateful she told me, because that would have been a disgusting surprise. I paid for my order and noticed there were barley any potato chips, like maybe 10 to 12 bags and most were one flavor. I saw more trash at the drink station and no tea pitcher out at all, although the lid was. I don't know where the blame lies here, but it's failure on many levels. I didn't mention everything, because it was just too much and I don't have that kind of time. I really wish they would get it together. I have been a subway fan for many years and this is the closest one to my house and convenient on my way home.
I walked in today to grab a quick bite while traveling for the new year. The store was clean and not busy but the service I received was terrible. When greeting the young woman that was the sandwich artist she was very short with me. AKA no southern hospitality. When it came time to add my condiments to my sandwich, she added the wrong one. When it came time to pay for the meal I ordered two oatmeal raisin cookies. I paid for my meal but never received my cookies! I would return to this location just make sure you get all of your order.

Like new furniture, much more comfortable. Music way too loud!! Had tuna sub, was fresh. Don't like baha sauce, bring back Chipotle sauce.
