It may look like a "Hole in the wall" place, but the food is anything but hole in the wall quality. It may be referred to as German Kababs and the flavors are fantastic - It reminds me of Greek Gyros except for the selection of the starch (there's rice, pita, fries, flatbread and white bread). The meat choices are beef & lamb or chicken with great spice in either case. I recommend adding the feta cheese regardless of which starch you select
This is a quaint little eatery with a courteous staff and nice facility. This Greek/European cusine satisfies the palate. The food was authentic. The lamb kabobs and pita bread along with the fresh vegetables and homemade garlic yogurt sauce was tantalizing. Finished the meal with boba fruit slushy (Mangoes) and Tapioca Pearl. If you are in Statesboro make this a destination stop. Enjoy!
I had gotten the kebab pita and it was indeed delicious! I had their garlic sauce on the side and it really enhanced the flavors!
Food is AMAZING!! I have found NY new favorite place to eating! I will definitely be coming back tomorrow ???
I love this place every single time. The chicken is my favorite.
This was impressively good! I won't lie, I was expecting the menu to be completely different and more of a traditional style of German food. We dined in for our first experience. The meats are cooked using this giant kabob machine and shaved off. The beef and lamb are amazing, and I'm not usually a big lamb eater. You can also opt out of the lamb and do beef and chicken. There's this garlic sauce you can order for your food and oh man, it is stupid good! I wish I would have ordered an extra side of it. The vegetables were so fresh and the mango boba slush was awesome. The menu located at the table described a little background on the owner and the food being a Vietnamese and German fusion. Looks can be deceiving! Give this place a try because despite location or appearance, it is phenomenal and I'd recommend it again!
Had the kebab pita with lamb and it was very good, a perfect blend of the meat and refreshing vegetables. Highly recommend this restaurant.
My mom & I split a #8 with the garlic yogurt dip and it was fantastic and inexpensive. I should have tried this place years ago! Will be back soon.
Look, everyone has their own food preferences, and im not saying that their food is bad, but it doesn't "float my boat."
Absolutely delicious! If I lived in Statesboro I'd go there several times a week.
