Everything was ready when I arrived for pickup. The staff have always been nice and helpful. My orders have always been correct.
You could get my order correct. I ordered a triple treat with pepperoni and supreme and I got a sausage and pepperoni and a meat lovers pizza.
There were hardly any toppings on my pizza. For a pizza with 3 toppings, several slices barely had any toppings on them.
seems like non of the other do curb side. although i sat outside and had to call in order to get my order. (i was trying to beat sundown as i hate driving in the dark).
I have never had a issue with pizza hut until Yesterday. I called and was wanting to place an order. The guy who answered the phone was so rude and needs a deep deep training session in customer service. I had him on speaker and was in the car at the time. I asked him if he could tell me the specials if they had any. He told me they have them online and I could check them out on line. I said could you please tell them to me. He laughed and said I could look them up on line. I said are you serious I'm driving, you can't tell me them and he said yea NO really you can look them up on line. I replied with I will NEVER ever order from this pizza hut again. I really hope yall get some better employee's or I have a feeling you will be losing more
I received fast and friendly customer service as well as great tasting food!!
Buckhead Pizza Hut is always horrible. Terrible all way around. I do not recommend

I did not receive the crust flavor I selected or the marinara and frosting for my cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks.
The crust was the wrong crust the pizza was ok but soggy. the delivery person was great though!!!
