In the end the pizza was good but the order was about 10 minutes behind my pick up time and when I got home one of the pizzas was completely wrong, and it was the one that was taking so long to prepare. And the even called it by its name, but it was the wrong pizza. It was supposed to be a spicy Hawaiian pizza but what we got was a spicy vegetarian pizza.
Awesome customer service did a presentation of how pizzas are made. My son wants to be a Chef so the experience for his birthday was great!
I did not like that the bread sticks were put in a bag instead of a box. When I got in my car all of the seasoning fell off in my seat. The marinara sauce cup was also covered in seasoning and made a mess. It was also very unsanitary how the marinara sauce cup was just shoved in the bag. In the future, I think a box would work better for bread sticks and make for a better experience.
We have always loved Pizza Hut Pizza. We always tell everyone we think it is the best pizza. Will continue to order from you.
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a pizza to be delivered that has been canceled. It’s was a fire first, now no drivers the next two times... poor service.
The bread sticks were under cooked on the bottom almost raw but the top was burnt. That was very unusual because my bread sticks are always done to perfection.
