I waited for 1 hour to get seated then when we were seated the coke was disgusting, the lemonade was disgusting. The fried pickles were old as were the fries and the chicken. There were 2 families of another race that were seated before us. We were also seated in the back of the restaurant like where construction is being done along with the other people of color. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I used open table to find a restaurant for a graduation luncheon in Statesboro, GA, and this was the only option available. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty, we really didn’t need a reservation. It wasn’t upscale at all, they pushed two rickety tables together for our party, and the tables were unlevel and rocked, making it difficult for the people in the center to eat. We ordered a spinach dip appetizer and when they brought it out they didn’t bring small plates or any silverware. They were out of several items in the menu, meaning we had to change our order a couple of times. When our food arrived we still didn’t have silverware. Finally the waitress brought a basket of random forks and knives and set it on one end of the table and walked away. She didn’t hand them out, they weren’t wrapped in napkins, it was just a pile of silverware. Very bizarre. I ordered the French dip and it was dry and over cooked, and the au jus sauce was oily. I can’t understand why this restaurant was listed on Open Table, it’s not the kind of place you want to go to celebrate, and it was so dead inside we certainly didn’t need a reservation. Also, with food and service so lackluster, I can see why they’re not busy. I would not eat here again.

Conner was our server. He was attentive and courteous. He was also patient with the craziness at our table. He should be given a metal for tolerance

My experience at Patterson was great, my mom came to town and we took her out to dinner at Patterson everything was great from the appetizers to the entrées the customer service was great and the restroom was clean as well the dining room we will definitely be back.
