We ordered our 3 pizzas at 5:55 and were told that it would be ready at 6:20. We arrive at 6:18 and did not receive our pizza until 7:00. Their excuse was when I first went in to pick up my order was “it’s still in the oven” and when they went back into the kitchen they made my pizza order and then stuck it into the oven. Very poor way of not starting on our order on time. Especially everyone else that got that same excuse when they came to get their order.

Poor papa jon's. I've gone in twice in the past month and it was a train wreck!! The college kids looked and act STONED! One pizza was okay and the second was cold and nasty. But thanks to the stoner kids, I won't be going back! Smell ya later.
Delivery was very timely. Pizza was below average as you can see by the picture the cheese was not sufficient to cover the pie and my expectation was that there would be more sausage on the pie as well. Do better Papa John's. I am also still a bit confused by the $4 delivery charge. Aren't you a delivery company? Why do you feel it necessary to charge a fee for delivering?
We waited forever but it was all worth it Italian papadia for the first time for me and my wife highly recommended and a New York style pepperoni. It was all great!! I highly recommend you try one if you haven't already.
I ordered pizza today and they delivered, after i opened the box and pizza was messed up and garlic sauce was turned oily. It was very bad experience , never recommened.
DON’T get pizza here!! I’m not sure how they are a buisness. The employees where the most miserable group of people I’ve seen in one place since I was a prison guard. Aweful.I placed a carry out order online. I arrived and was told my pizza had been ready for nearly 45 mins before I got there (I placed an order to be picked up at 11 am and showed up at 11 am).Also order a 2liter of Dr Pepper and they didn’t have any so the guys said “you could get some Sierra Mist”. Soooo. Anyway. Just don’t come here
There pizza is #1 when it comes to pizza chains. There sauce is flavorful and a little sweet. Toppings always fresh and dough cooked perfect for me ( a light fresh soft crust). Service I give top ratings walked in ordered and was told 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and they nailed it. 15 minutes later I walked out with both pies hot and ready for consumption.
Waited over an hour just to find out they delivered to the wrong address and didn't want to give me a refund
The last 2 times I've tried to order it's been a 3 hour and 2 hour wait. Since when does it take 3 hours to make a pizza? Ridiculous. Called Zoner's Pizza and they had it ready in 15 minutes.
